Integrity goes a long way when it comes to someone helping me with a purchase I'll be committed to for six years of financing--and they've got it in spades. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Jorgensen, Javier Vega, and Mikel Najar, who, at every step of the process, not only made sure I never felt pressured but also left me feeling fully prepared and well-advised. The deal I received was so competitive that I flew all the way from California to get it. They even picked me up from the airport--something not even some of my closest friends would volunteer for. If you put them in a position to compete with another dealership's offer, more often than not, they'll match it (or probably beat it). When I arrived, the hospitality was second to none. Everything we agreed upon was upheld, and topics like extended warranties were communicated in a way that felt more like sincere guidance than a sales pitch, tailored to my specific needs. After a long flight their pop-up coffee shop was a very welcome addition to my visit. Every single person I interacted with was a pleasure to speak to, and I genuinely mean that. They clearly take care when hiring good people, and reviews like this are the result of that effort. 2021 Chevrolet Spark review
I want to start up by saying, I am not a "car person". I do know, is a 5'2 female, this car feels like it was made for me. It gets amazing gas mileage, and you can park in a sidewalk square if needed. Yes, it does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it at all, but it does have the Android auto / Apple Auto feature which I love, at the same time as having roll up Windows. It is perfect for in town and highway driving. I drove it all the way to Georgia from Illinois with no problem. And my 6'5 son fits comfortably in the passenger seat as well, as well as plenty of room in the backseat and trunk for groceries or luggage.

I went for an 8:00 am oil change appointment. I asked for 4 new tires and an alignment. I was quoted $901 out the door paid $913 I was told bout 3 hrs 5.5 hours later I was still there Arrive at 8 am left at 1:30 pm. Time is money and Nissan made money from me, but I lost a lot of precious time just waiting, time I won?t get back. When he said 3 hrs I said ok. But went 2.5 hrs late. Unacceptable. If I?d known I?d gone to work and not lost time from work, now I have to use paid time off to make up for 5.5 hrs total what a shame. I am upset, disappointed. My first 3 cars were Toyotas and never had issues. I switched to Nissan because we use it back home and haven?t had issues until now. A work shift is 8 hrs 2.5 more hrs and I would have spent a whole work shift at Nissan for oil change, replacing 4 tires and an alignment.

2024 Kia Soul review
This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

My lease was about to expire and I was contacted by Gary Swenson about getting a new 2025 RS7. He had one coming in and was still able to customize the car. We sat down with him and walked through all the options and configured the car exactly how we wanted it. The car arrived 90 days later we setup a date when we could come in and take delivery and Gary sent me a link to apply for the lease option. I did all the online paperwork so when we went in to the dealership everything was ready to go. All we had to do was sit down with the finance person sign some documents and we were ready to go. Gary made the purchase as easy as possible.
2023 Audi A5 review

2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

The car is a great balance between performance, economy, comfort, and versatility. It manages to do all of those things well, if not great. It won't win any races but it's fun to drive.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
2020 Volkswagen Golf review
I've owned Golfs for 7 years and absolutely love them. They are the perfect car. Fun to drive, just enough room for 4 people, great on gas, and with the rear seats folded down, there's an enormous amount of cargo space. The interior feels upscale with a leather-wrapped steering wheel and soft metallic accents, the leatherette seats are easy to clean and feel great (SO much better than fabric!) and the sound system is on point. Also love the heated seats and the sunroof with the option to crack open or fully open!!
