Arianna Sandoval the Service Advisor and everyone I encountered when I arrived made this experience worthy of a 5-star rating. I was running late for my 7am appointment and dealing with a tire with low air pressure. I arrived 10 minutes late. I called the service department close to 7, to let them know I was running late but I was on my way. I left a voice message. I was greeted by a woman the second I arrived, I told her I was late (I hate being late for anything), she was understanding and told me it wasn't a problem at all. She left to get my service advisor. Arianna walked up, introduced herself and was very welcoming and she reassured me that even though I arrived late that they would still service the car. I explained to her that my TPMS light was on and that I stopped to put air in the tire. She said they'll check it out during the service. She walked me to her desk and while she was checking me in she noticed I had the tire warranty and that if there is anything in the tire and it had to be patched, my warranty would cover the service charge for it. I felt that not only did she hear me, but she followed through by seeing that I had a tire warranty. While I waited for the service to be completed, Arianna kept me up to date on the progress. One more thing, after I checked in and sat in the waiting area I noticed someone from the service department had sent me a text message letting me know they heard my voice message and let my service advisor know I was running late. This service department is not like others I've encountered in town and I appreciate they're not.

Great Vehicle Purchase Experience. Excellent help and attention from Francisco Villapando (total knowledge of the product and great attitude), Eriq Quezada and Cisco Gonzalez in the sales department. Also excellent attention in the Finance Department from Jose Montoya and Jorge Martinez. A totally positive buying experience. Good and very positive attention from everybody involved. Good pricing, no sales pressure, reasonable trade-in value. We ended up buying two vehicles instead of the one planned. I will certainly go back to visit Quebedaux Buick GMC for future purchases. I’ve owned my 2010 mini cooper base for 5 years now and let me tell you i am OBSESSED with it. bought the car with a small coolant leak, and fixing that was a little pricey, but other than that i’ve had zero issues with it. super comfortable, no cosmetic issues inside or out, and drives me around! I live in an incredibly small town, so i can go 3 months on one tank of gas.

GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

I went in for service and maintenance and also needing a New tire . And both labor and tire were provided at no additional cost as part of my maintenance for life and I was very satisfied how easy it was to bring my car in and get it fixed with no problems .

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I've been servicing my Kia Niro plug-in hybrid with Jim Click Kia since I purchased it in 2020. I have always found the service outstanding -- they explain everything, took me seriously when I had trouble with my charger not releasing, helped resolve it and didn't charge me for that. The fees are reasonable, the waiting area very comfortable and clean, and I appreciate the offer of free Uber to go home if the wait will be lengthy. At my recent visit, I was impressed with Robert's professionalism and care. Often they are very busy and it may be hard to get a quick appointment due to so many wanting the service, but they've always been courteous and done their best to get me in soon. I have really appreciated the staff every time I've gone.

It was a strange coincidence,I was driving to a friends place when a red Camaro passed me and caught my eye because I was thinking of purchasing one...as he passed me i noticed it had dealer tags,I tried to catch up but he was too quick and left me behind,I thought to myself oh well,then as I approached I noticed he was behind a truck and i caught up!
