I purchased a 2018 Ram in October. I took possession of the truck the same day. I went to use the truck two days later and it had a dead battery. I called sales and they asked if I could get the truck to the dealership. I was able to jump the truck. Piazza took the truck right in and checked the battery which tested bad. They replaced the battery with no charge to me. I also had a water problem in the cab. This seems to be a big problem Ram has had for years but have not fix the problem. I called sales again. Since I had the truck for only one month they made an appointment for me to bring it in. Piazza checked for leaks and found a pressure vent in the rear fire wall and the rear window were leaking. I talked with a service rep by the name of Alex. Alex kept in touch with me every day letting me know what was going on. They had to pull the rear seats to replace the vent and a new rear window was replaced. The window had a sliding window. When I went to pick up the truck I was expecting to pay for the repair but Alex placed a form in front of me and asked me to sign. At the bottom of the form were all zero's. I asked if I had to pay something and his reply was no you only had the truck for a month. I even tried to compensate or offset the cost for the service but Alex said no thank you. I am so pleased with how Piazza handled the service and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle again. I give Piazza a 10 out of 10.
2024 Acura Integra review
I traded a bmw 330 for this. I am very happy. The bmw was unreliable and a joy to drive. The integra is reliable an almost as fun, and much cheaper and more confortable. I wish i had considered the integra before.

2024 Subaru Impreza review
Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. Juan Martinez, not only impressed upon me as a recent customer, but confirmed the values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and service truly to reflect the name and brand values of Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley. Thank you Juan for this elite, excellent, and positive experience with your team, department, and dealership. Execution was exquisite and exceeded my expectations indepth. Juan Martinez earned my trust and loyalty for not only the MB of LV dealership but for the automobile industry, as I have seen in the past varying degrees in differences of results as well as efforts regarding many challenges met unsuccessfully to satisfaction or expectation as a customer. 2025 Toyota Prius review
There’s a lot of negative stuff in this review. Be that as it may, I’m happy with the car. Toyota revamped the Prius design for 2025. I was one of the few who liked the previous “space capsule” look - the new one looks a lot like a Tesla 3. It’s fine; not terribly distinctive, but sleek and attractive. I get compliments. They tweaked the mileage with this design, and I know exactly how: it’s smaller. I can’t reach into the rear seat footwell by putting my arm between the seat and the wall; zero room. I can’t rest my elbow on the window sill and place my hand along the top of the window; too short. There’s no glasses holder at the top of the windshield. (And there’s no rear-window wiper. Pretty annoying, but at highway speed the slipstream keeps it clear.) The center console requires that the driver be a contortionist if they hope to use it while driving; and the compartment itself is quite small. I often misjudge how to slip into a parking slot because I sit so much closer to the edge of the car than in previous Prii. All that said, I like it. Mileage is, indeed, good. The ride is comfy, though I’ve never owned a cushy car. I’ve never much liked the steering on the Prius (this is my third), and it feels vague and disconnected, but it’s serviceable. It’s low to the ground, and the driver’s position is low relative to the windows - first car I’ve ever needed a cushion to raise me up to where I could see well enough not to regularly be running over curbs in turns. I use *two* cushions! Never before. The complete suite of safety features is great. I believe that I (and others in the road) are safer for them. Connection with my iPhone is usually seamless. As with most cars, the multitude of computer options can be daunting and frustrating, but a conference with the manual and/or a search engine usually sets things right. Pick-up is actually pretty decent! I feared that my first Prius (2006 I think) would get me run over by a truck if I ever needed to scoot out of the way - very little scooting was available. That’s much better now. And unlike so many other people, I don’t really think about gas prices. On those exceptional trips (mostly downhill, I assume) when I get to my destination and read “Average mileage: 67 MPG” or even 82 rare occasions, I chuckle to myself.

2019 Toyota Prius Prime review
I used to own a Chevy Camaro before. Though it felt feeling great driving it everyday and feeling the power in my hands and feet, the maintenance costs and upkeep definitely came at a premium, not to mention the gas guzzling. This car meets a more important need for me, that is, to go to far off places and help me explore. A very robust and extremely light on gas, I have been able to travel about 700 miles on just a tank full of gas, which is just very amazing. Besides that, Toyota's amazing software and safety features makes this car well worth the price. It's a great long distance commute vehicle.

2020 Kia Rio review
I rolled my 2002 P T Curser and needed to get another car so I wanted to get a Kia Ive never heard of a Reo nor had i ever seen one. The car lot pulled out the Reo and after i drove it I fell in love with it so far it runs great no problems good gas milage. I have only had the car for a month tho so time will tell.

2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

2015 Chevrolet Sonic review
It's unfortunate the previous owners of the recent reviews had terrible ownership experiences . I have used this car for nearly four years without a single problem. Fun to drive, very spirited, great gas mileage, and outstanding handling at highway speeds. At 95,000 miles, no squeaks, wind noise, or rattles. its still very solid. Would highly recommend if you find a well cared for one. My only complaint is you would be hard pressed to fit four ave. size people at one time. But on the plus side it can fit in small spaces.

2020 Subaru Impreza review
First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

2025 Subaru Impreza review
I bought a 2025 Impreza Base model. This is my first Subaru, and I have to say, for a base trim package, it is A LOT of car! The dual touch screens take some getting used to, but they're easy to learn and navigate. The eyesight system is a pretty cool safety feature and helps keep me focused if I get distracted. The AWD is really smooth when accelerating, and the CVT feels similar to an automatic. I wasn't expecting to like a CVT but I feel like Subaru is doing them right. We'll see where this thing is at in a few years, but so far it feel pretty nice. This thing has plenty of juice when getting up to speed. The steering controlled headlights are a cool feature I didn't know I needed. Overall, this is a very nice vehicle at a great price. It's a perfect daily driver and then some.

2020 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT 63 review
We purchased the car with 14K miles on it and we're loving it! The performance is out of this world and we're constantly getting compliments on the exterior of the car. We've had a couple of minor warranty issues, hence, my 4 vs. 5 stars for "Reliability." We flew down to LA and drove the car back to Northern CA and the comfort level was great...and although we tested the power and speed, we made it back without a ticket! We would buy this car again in a heartbeat!
