The 2019 Camary is the first new car I have bought at the dealership. The sales department delivers the same exemplary customer service as the service department. Our salesman Darian was the best. He was so patient with us, especially when it came to explaining the new technology in the car. Very professional
John "the Beatles" tie contacted me on the internet. We had a phone conversation as to what I was looking for. He had the vehicle ready for my viewing. Almost exactly what I wanted. It had things I DID NOT want. However, we were able to get more of what "I" wanted and make a deal. When they say "family", it's because they stay close even though They have your money. I'm very pleased with the transaction. John is truly invested in making sure you are a happy and satisfied customer. If you have 5 hours to spend in a car dealership, John "The Beatles" tie is your best company and deal maker. 😉
Everything was hasslefree i???m not sure if my brakes were actually checked because I never saw them take my tires off and I still have a little movement in my steering wheel when I apply the brakes but I was told there at 50% perhaps you can check the brakes without taking the tires off because typically if you remove the tires they ask you to come back and get them re-torque with an 100 miles just checking
We bought a vehicle and wanted to add an accessory to it. It was getting later in the day and the service department was very busy. However, they fit us in and the truck was ready when we were done signing papers!!

I would describe our recent purchase at Nick Nicholas Ford to be a pleasant experience. Our salesperson, Rex Adair, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Making this experience more pleasant, was the fact there was no feeling of pressure involved.

My 82 year old mother purchased a used 2011 Ford Edge today! Fully Loaded and Maticulously Preped! When the vehicle was first shown to us it was just taken in on trade and needed some parts and a tire. Larry Ruse was fantastic and a real professional taking care of us all the way and keeping the price where we asked him to! Larry acted as a True Professional and a Caring Consultant. We are very impressed with Flammer Ford of Springhill and we will definitely purchase in the near future!
Excellent customer service. Dealer searched and found the color I was looking for on a Mustang. Once found, Wayne had the car picked up, detailed, and fueled up for me. This makes my 2nd Mustang I've bought from this dealership. High raves all the way.
