Had a great experience with the service advisor, Eric on 8-27-25. Had a some questions for an app't the following day. Arrived at 5:00 and not only did Eric, the service advisor, save me a couple of hundred dollars, but was able to get the recommended service completed in a half hour without having an app't. I have not always had great experiences but this made up for the lack of attentiveness in the past. Have been a customer since 1990 and will continue to have Planet Honda in Golden to service my 2018 CRV Honda.

McDonald VolkswagenReviews
McDonald Volkswagen review
Awesome experience. My husband and I looked at practically every mid size SUV Known to man. Of all the dealerships we visited and all the sales personell we met (including two other far substandard VW dealerships), McDonalds VW ranked #1! The most respectful and helpful sales personell! Tanner and Atticus were both polished, kind, patient, and highly intelligent in their sales positions. I had come to accept that I would have to settle for a VW package that wasn’t quite what I wanted, but Tanner saved the day and delivered (within 24 hours) with my dream car!! Cory (finance manager) worked very hard and truly went above and beyond to earn our business. What an amazing group!! Would highly recommend!!!

Great experience here with Flint, trading on a used vehicle. Service was fast and communication was clear.
2024 Honda Accord review
Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

EchoPark Automotive ThorntonReviews
EchoPark Automotive Thornton review
This was an incredible car buying experience. Our salesperson, Tino, was friendly helpful, honest and efficient. We arrived to test drive a particular vehicle and found some warning messages while driving. We were told they would check it out. We did all of the application paper work and were even approved by the credit union. It was taking a while to check the car so Tino suggested we go home for a bit and he would call when it was ready. After being home for a while, Tino called to tell us they would not sell us the car because it had a bad transmission. Talk about honest. That blew us away. We went back to the website and found another car that interested us, We called and asked to come back and see Tino. We were back at the dealer in 15 minutes. While waiting for Tino, his manager came by to check how it was going. We got to test drive the car, loved it and decided to buy it. I went in with an idea about what kind of deal I wanted, but that didn't seem to be OK with him. The deal he got for us was incredible with more for my trade than I expected, added service agreement and gap insurance. I guess I should complain because the payment was two dollars a month more than I told him. Just kidding! We left with our new vehicle and a deal that was fantastic. Looking foe a car? Echopark Thornton will make you happy.

Last month I purchased a 2024 Honda CRV for my daughter. This was the best vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. I can’t say enough about Honda of Lincoln. From the minute you walk in you are treated with respect by professionals. I worked with Ben Brink and Andy Goodyear. Ben is honest and has a great personality. He listens and was quick to respond when I called with questions. I appreciate the fact I never felt pressured by Ben or Andy. When Andy quotes a price he stands by it and there are no hidden cost or fees. I know from experience the service department is the best in the business. Just a great buying experience. Mark Reeder

As you can see from my star ratings, my experience with this dealer was enjoyable and seamless. I had not purchased a new vehicle since 2002, so I had many questions. My sales rep, Dave, answered them all and more. He was super informative on every aspect. I'm very pleased that I went there.
