The moment I stopped by here, I was not really planning to buy a car. However, EJ was really helpful and persuasive. EJ tried to get what I wanted and he was successful to get me the perfect car I wanted.
And the atmosphere in the dealer shop was friendly. People were kind and EJ and one of people there even asked me to have some sushi, probably that was about time they had a lunch together.

Jacob was such an amazing person to work with! When we first went to Tony Honda to look at cars we went in there with our guard up knowing the stereotypes on "salesmen", but Jacob wasn't an overbearing/pushy salesmen. He was extremely genuine and he really paid attention to our financial situation and he was determined to put us in a car that was within our budget. Never once did Jacob make us feel pressured into making a decision. He was very friendly, personable, and easy to communicate with, which made us feel more at ease into making our decision. 14 yo CRV developed a short shudder upon accelerating from a slow crawl and check engine light came on while on way to North Shore. Turned around to head home in fear of being stranded and call Sean at Tony Honda. He asked to get car to Service to scan the trouble code causing the Check Engine lighr. Sean jumped unto the Scanner Diagnosis and found a VTEC part going bad. Sean cleared code and informed me how much to repair the VTEC part. Sean assured me I can still drive and transmission is still running well. Being reassured, I headed back to North Shore. Sean is always accommodating, professional, honest and a straight shooter with what I need to keep car running. He???s been my service advisor since my 2004 CRV was purchased and will continue to be my personal go to Service Advisor for my 2018 CRV EX. Only reason I bought another new Honda is because of the outstanding service I receive from Tony Honda Service Department through Sean. He is the epitome of a Automotive Service Advisor.
