I am appreciative of the great service and patience of the men at Crown Automotive. William and Ryan were wonderful to work with. Buying a car can be stressful and their professionalism and attention was amazing.

This car really impressed me with its power and fuel economy. The paddle shift is fun to use and the leather interior is top of the line. Very nice car for the money.
Very courteous and helpful. Shawn got all the information I needed before I even walked in the dealership. Just had to test drive & sign my papers. Thanks

In the summer of 2017, got a 2012 Honda Accord with low miles (only one previous owner) at a good price. Many friends (some Honda loyalists) told me to go with a Honda for my next used car purchase. So far so good except for two items. One, the Takata air bag recall that most people already know about. Thankfully, the service appointment to replace it was a short one. Second, and this has happened twice so far...the driver's visor (with vanity mirror) to shield the sun has twice fallen out of place despite limited and gentle usage. It was able to be fixed both times, but this is not in keeping with the usual fit and finish one would expect from a Honda. Other than that, however, no further complaints.
This is my second purchase from this lot. They have a great selection that really will fit any need. I love buying from this lot because I know that I will get a good reliable car that will last me for awhile and the manager will do anything to make sure you get in a good car for the right price. Instead of going to several lots and trying to find a halfway decent deal I recommend anybody go to this lot to get the best deal first try.
Super sweet ride, great value certified preowned.

Reliablility was first priority. Style and technology was huge bonus for me. Ride is comfortable, rear and side cam awesome. Car buying process was smooth after much anticipation of stress turned into best experience. Im very happy right now!😊
Took my 2013 CR-V in for oil change and walked out with a new 2018 CR-V. Nice place, quick service and knowledgeable sales staff. My second car from here.

This car is just what I was looking for. I was driving a Charger so I'm used to plenty of room and power. This is more of a mid-size car with plenty of interior room. The engine is a 1.5 L 4 cylinder turbo which makes it great on gas and has plenty of get up and go.
I have received nothing but great customer service over all! Ryan Anderson delivered what was expected and helped me find the Honda Odyssey I???ve been looking for and for the right price!! Thank you so much!! My daughters were so ecstatic about it!
issue with ANC - no known fix
by jdegennaro001 from NJ,

A few days before this past Christmas I moved from an Altima lease to a ’18 Accord EX lease. I ended up paying a little more than what I wanted but was happy with the vehicle features. Unfortunately, immediately (let me note that I accepted the vehicle with less than 10 miles on it) I began having an issue with the vehicle. At certain speeds (mainly the normal traveling speeds), there will be a consistent, high pitch feedback / vibration from the speakers. It is an unmanageable noise. When I raise the radio volume past a certain setting the noise will cease. If I have others in the car, this is a major nuisance as nobody can hear anyone else.
I have had the car checked by one of your service technicians (who had been helpful to date) and was notified that this is an issue with the Automatic Nosie Canceling (ANC) system. Most disappointingly, I was notified by the technician that this is a known issue with the ’18 Accords and that there is NO KNOWN FIX. And the issue apparently is worse in cold weather. I brought the vehicle back for a second repair as there was a procedure that he wanted to execute as recommended by engineering. Unfortunately, that procedure did nothing to remedy the situation. I was instructed that my only options at this point are to drive with an open window (as that disables the ANC) or unplug the ANC (but not know are the potential negative downstream implications). The service department also said, engineering at some point will have a fix and basically I just need to deal with it.
As fate would have it, there was a reason I found Honda World and Eric E. Having been in a wreck that left my car totaled (no injuries) I was in the market for a new car with no idea of what to get. Eric was kind and patient, extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I looked at cars for days all over the city and wanted to purchase from Honda World solely on the salesperson and his commitment and dedication to doing a fine job. I applaud Eric and the kindness and honesty he demonstrates, not only as a salesman, but clearly the way he lives his life. You see, I eventually realized that the reason Eric looked familiar to me was because he was a Good Samaritan who stopped at my wreck the week before to check on the Parties involved and offer assistance. The unfortunate end to the story is that I didn???t end up with a Honda because of the time crunch I was in...but I will always remember that Eric was the best salesperson we have ever worked with! I deeply regret not being able to give him the sale. Best of luck to a fine young man!
This car was the best car I’ve ever owned!

It’s the most reliable comfortable best acceleration for a four-cylinder car I’ve ever owned. I loved it and would’ve purchased a new one except for my business I needed a truck.
We were experiencing a weird rolling noise up front whenever the car was moving, but it was definitely not an engine noise. This had happened just as we had changed our tires for new ones. At the local Big O Tires they told me that a wheel rim was at fault and we changed it. But the noise continued. So we went to Honda World and Mike discovered that a wheel beariing was to blame for it. Further he established tht this was a warranty covered repair. I am now very happy because no more noise.

I previously owned a 2004 Honda Accord. This 2017 is a great car also! It meets all my expectations. I wanted a 2018, but found out that Honda was no longer going to make 6 cylinder accords. I am happy with my purchase.
Great experience with both cars purchased. Great warranty too!

This my tenth Honda that I’ve owned. I’ve got three problems with this sport trim. From bad to worse it goes as follows;
•1-there’s this grinding rotating annoying front wheel noise.
•2-there’s this awful wind/road noise that’s seeping in from the window and/or door area.
•3-front seats are extremely uncomfortable.
I only have 11k on this vehicle.
I actually had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. I was just going to window-shop, with intention to buy first of the year. However, when I saw the dealership had a loaded 2019 Outback with a 6 cylinder and in the Forest Green Metallic.....
The facility was nice and Bill was great to work with from beginning to end. I test drove the Outback and fell in love.
The process, which we all know can make for a long day, was relatively a shorter one! Bill answered all my questions or concerns I might have and went through the whole vehicle thoroughly with me. I can’t say enough good about Bill
Never disappointed by my Honda

Very roomy in the back. Great handing and mpg. Very reliable. It’s my 6th Honda and I have the Oddessey and Pilot too. I have to say the sedan’s armrest are lacking compared to the other two models.
Jordan took good care of my car when other dealerships didn't want to be bothered. He talked to me like he'd known me my entire life, extremely friendly, took time to explain the repairs that were being done. Thank you!!

It's larger than my previous 2016 Accord. Noticeable improvements over the 2016. The electronics and safety enhancements were greatly improved. For a baseline model, it has a lot of whistles and bells.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I love this car. I own the base model (LX) So it doesn’t have some of the fancy features, but it’s all I need and more. It’s very smooth and has great pick up for a four-cylinder. The sport mode comes in handy when fighting traffic. Cosmetically, I wish the LX version had the LED strip lights, larger rims, and tinted windows. But All these can easily be added for under $1000. The reason I gave four stars under comfort is because I am 6’4” and wish I had just about 2 more inches of legroom. But that’s hardly the car’s fault. im quite used to it.
Great experience working with Michael at Hardin County Honda. All issues and concerns were handled quickly and professionally. Would recommend for your next vehicle purchase.

The Honda Accord has won so many awards over the years for a reason. Just as you would expect from any midsize Japanese sedan, the value is hard to beat. The exterior styling is modern without being overachieving. Personally I think all the chrome accents give Accord an upscale touch. The interior is very well laid out with all the controls in intuitive places (I own the LX model which doesn't have the touchscreen audio controls). The materials are a good mix, neither feeling too cheap but definitely won't be confused for a luxury sedan. Gas mileage is great. I live in Philadelphia where there is either a stop sign or red light at every block, so my city gas mileage is nowhere near the EPA estimated (I'm lucky to get 17 mpg in center city Philly), but on the highway, especially on longer drives, it will achieve over 40 mpg in eco-mode (over a 600 mile range on a full tank). However, this isn't to say the Accord is without its shortcomings. The voice controls seem to be very difficult to operate and it never understands what I'm saying. The cabin is not well isolated from road and wind noise at highway speeds. Despite being one of the better CVT transmissions I've driven, the shifts can be a bit untimely and unpredictable, particularly on twisty and hilly roads. All in all, every time I ride or drive in another modern midsize sedan, I'm still convinced the Accord is better.
They were very nice. I decided to not purchase a car but it had nothing to do with the staff. The inventory is a bit small but they make do
Best Car I Have Owned

I bought a 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T Manual in July. It has been fabulous. I was attracted to the Accord because of the availability of the manual transmission and upgraded engine combination, unique among sedans today. I came from a premium brand, so the Sport trim didn't have all the features I would prefer (if only the Touring came with the manual!), but since owning it, I am very pleased. The active safety features work very well, and the infotainment is easy to use. Fuel economy is excellent, as is the performance. Great value for money, too! I would recommend this car to anyone.
Neil Hartman Honda in Clarksville provided the best deal available from three local dealers. Tavis Brown was the salesman I dealt with when I came to look at the vehicle. He had sold me Accord I traded in back in 2014. Online I dealt with a salesman name Yusel but he was not available when I came in to see the car. Everyone at the dealership was nice and the buying process was fairly painless. Tavis went through all the features on the vehicle to make sure I understood what they were and how they worked. I highly recommend Neil Huffman Honda in Clarksville.

One of the most dependable cars I've ever owned, very comfortable very friendly located features.
Drove it on quite a few long trips and enjoyed the complete trip.
I worked with Courtney and she did a great job! Once I told her what I was looking for she was fantastic in follow up. She kept me updated on what came in and I ended up getting a great deal on a new Honda CR-V and they were very fair with the price for my trade in. I would definitely recommend anyone go to Neil Huffman Honda in Clarksville and talk to Courtney.

This car was everything I wanted plus more! Ride is so smooth and still has that new car smell which is awesome. Great ride, great purchase.
The best service from any Honda dealer in town. Courtney was exceptional and Charles was honest and fair. I would highly recommend this dealer. They are the best.

So far it’s a wonderful car. I replaced a 2004 CRV that I had purchased new. If this car performs as well as the CRV - I’ll be delighted. I had a Honda for 14 years and it was the best car I’ve ever owned.
