Brought my 2014 Pilot for scheduled maintenance. Advisor Angel was swift on the required check-in and paperwork early in the day with my appointment, and the mechanics were quick and efficient on the routine oil change, tire check, and hose checks... done in less than 30 minutes, "Dang!" I didn't even have enough time for my complimentary mocha to cool off. I appreciate the explanation of what was done, what the results of the check ups were, and even their appreciation for me using their service. Thank you Selma Honda advisor and mechanics! So very consistent with your service! My purchase last year of the Pilot was so easy... third one in a row.
My husband has a background in sales and I in customer service training. We do not enjoy car buying process, mainly due to high pressure sales tactics. We worked with Andy, who helped us navigate our options and was responsive to our needs. We will be coming back to the Selma Auto Mall.
I bought a Civic at Selma Honda in 1994 and had a wonderful experience. 20 years later, another Civic, and the overall experience was even better. The Salesperson was super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He got me into exactly the car I wanted and some, and the finance department gave me a better rate than my Credit Union. I'm not sure I'll ever shop anywhere else for a car.
My wife and I visited Selma Honda on two different days. Rico greeted us the first day, and Hector the second day. Both salesmen were very helpful and friendly. They did not try the high pressure used car salesman pitch. They took their time and allowed us to check out the cars that were of interest. We really liked a Ford Escape, but we could not agree to the price. Unfortunately, we had to walk away. We ended up making a purchase at another dealer. It was not because of the sales staff. It was because the management would not budge on the price of the car. They know their business better than I do, so I'm sure that they were confident that they could get their asking price for the Escape. Anyway, I would recommend this dealership for anyone wanting to purchase a car. They are part of the Selma Auto Mall, so you have a vast inventory of new and used cars in very close proximity, and the dealerships work together. It is a great place to shop for a new or used car.
Walked on to the lot and surprisingly was not attacked by 3-5 sales guys trying to convince me to buy a car. Was actually waiting for my pizza to finish next door at Pizza Hut and thought I’d walk around and see why they got. One of the sales guys eventually approached me and just told me to look around and that everything was unlocked to look at, felt really comfortable. I’ve had horrible car lot experiences but this one felt really smooth! I didn’t feel rushed, pressured or out smarted. Ended up trading my car for something 9 years newer. If I could recommend this place to someone I definitely would, ask for junior, he’s really nice!
These guys were awesome at helping me get a new vehicle. Their prices were lower than the nearby businesses, and they had a very nice variety of used vehicles. They really worked with me to get approved to purchase my car and I am very grateful excited to drive my 2009 Ford F-150! All of the guys there are super friendly, and I will definitely go back if/when I need a second vehicle.
Pass by the dealer every week on my way to work in Orosi ! Just decided to swing by one day and ask a question about a car I was interested in and the young sales guy convinced me in buying a car even tho I was just looking! the sales guy gave me his personal number to contact whenever I had a question which helped out a lot! I'm glad I made the decision to stop by! Great place!
My sales man was immediately reassuring once we got around to looking for a car. Before I was able to give him a for sure price tag he didn't try to put me up with something I wouldn't be able to afford. He helped out with every question we had and I have very little, if nothing to complain about!
I just bought a pre-owned suv, I love everything about it. It did have quite a bit of miles and for that I was able to get it at a great price. For some reason my suv runs so smoothly like new, I'm glade they only take trade-ins that are well worth it. The whole buying process was fast and painless. They have an area for the kids to play while you take care of business, they also have refreshments and a train to take the kids for a ride. The place is clean and the staff is great. There was no one there to pressure us, simply trying to give us a better deal on what we wanted. Our sales man was "Tony" he's a great guy, he's nice and friendly, a great sales guy and wish him the best of luck!!! People like him deserve the best. He was able to get us in the suv we wanted at a great price. Thanks Selma Honda and Tony for treating us great.
Honestly I was a bit skeptical at first since reading all the other reviews made them seem a bit rude, but honestly that was not the case. They were very welcoming and respectful they don't pressure you to buy or to do a loan application like every other car dealership I visited and above all else they are willing to work with you and your situation. thank you very much to the kind staff at auto natix! Will definitely be refferinf friends and family.
I had emailed a question on a used vehicle on their lot. I got a quick response and "no push" from Melissa "Missy" who did not give me the "Yes, it's still here but you never know when it will be sold." She never did that, it is why I made the drive! I was greeted by Daniel even though I had an appointment with Missy. She was at the Nissan dealership checking on inventory and because Daniel was nice I went ahead with him. He was very helpful and accommodating. He is a great guy and is not "pushy" a definite change than when Selma motor group had a bad reputation a couple of years ago. A couple of weeks had passed and I saw another vehicle on their website I was interested in as I had test drove a KIA Soul at another Fresno dealership. I made contact with Daniel and due to some policy about the dealerships, he could not sell me a new KIA as he was assigned to Honda. Even though I did not purchase or lease a vehicle from them I would recommend if you do purchase a Honda or used car on their lot, to ask for Daniel. It is unfortunate that Daniel was at the Honda dealership but could not sell/lease me a vehicle at the KIA dealership which was heart breaking and a deal breaker for me. :(
This was my first time buying myself a car and I was nervous at first, but once I walked into Danns Discounts in Visalia. Paul helped me through out my whole purchased and I was very satisfied with my new 2017 KIA SORENTO, and I cant thank him much for everything! Thankyou Paul and Bobby¿
