Ocean Honda of BrocktonReviews
Ocean Honda of Brockton review
I had an amazing experience working with Emily at Ocean Honda—twice! I purchased my last car from her in November 2023 and recently returned to trade it in for a new vehicle. Emily worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted both times. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely great at what she does. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication and will definitely continue purchasing my vehicles through her. Paul who is the sales manager was also very helpful and instrumental in the success of getting me in the exact car I wanted. I am grateful to the whole team there. They’re really great people. Highly recommend!

Parkway Honda of BostonReviews
Parkway Honda of Boston review
My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.

I worked with Manny to purchase a used car. He was very friendly, went with me to get it inspected before purchasing, and did not try to add in any extra fees that I did not need. Very honest guy! I would come back to him again to buy a car.
