AutoNation Honda RosevilleReviews
AutoNation Honda Roseville review
I had a very good experience with the exception of the time that I had to spend there which was 11 hours. considering I am 81 years old that was very difficult. But other than that, my sales person, Manish Dawin DHAWAN was absolutely wonderful and very patient because he spent the same 11 hours with me and he was very patient and very helpful. Very caring. He even went with my daughter to pick up one of our cars that was at home in Folsom so I wouldn’t have to go so I think he went above and beyond and the person that close the deal was also very nice. I think his name was Anthony Biondi CFS manager, and he was delightful as well so excellent experience and I love my car.

My service man, was and has always been awesome and attentive everytime I come to service my car or address something that may be wrong. He is great and a very valuable person to have for your company. It's so nice to know that I can trust his input and advise. I drive almost 2 hours just to get my car services because the customer service is worth going to. Thank you!

El Dorado HondaReviews
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Bryon Burdette did an outstanding job for us. His follow through was excellent. I actually chose him to purchase my new car over Lexus of Roseville because of his follow through & the way he kept checking in. He spent significant time teaching us the new aspects of the car the day we picked it up staying very late to make sure we were knowledgeable. Love my new car. Love Byron, too!

AutoNation Honda Roseville review
Staff are respectful, not pushy, and we’re communicative during negotiations without some of the underhanded behavior I saw with other dealerships. When they did not have the car I wanted in stock, they checked other dealerships and had it delivered. The only thing that I would change was they negotiated financing before showing us warranty packages and that is something I would have wanted to be able to calculate while negotiating how much I’d pay each month and overall.

Shottenkirk Honda Davis review
After looking online for a couple of weeks, and searching within 2 hours of the Bay Area, we decided to head for University Honda. We exchanged emails and made an appointment to meet with the internet sales reps. We arrived as schedule and had someone with us within 5 minutes. We negotiated pricing and ended up with a deal that beat anyone else within 200+ miles. No pressure sales and very earnest and straightforward about the deal. A DETAILED personalized walkthrough of the entire vehicle before we left the lot. EXTRA BONUS - we left the car at the dealership while we went to lunch and took a brief tour of Davis.

They are good honest people over there at Auburn Honda. I flew out from New Mexico to buy a used car sight unseen and they represented it honestly as it was just as they had stated it to be. The salesman Todd was helpful in everyway to make the sale a smooth transition coming from out of state and Ty made the final closing with all the paperwork transaction seamless. I would definitely fly out and buy another car from these people if they had what I was in need of again! Thanks Auburn Honda

Shottenkirk Honda Davis review
I had an outstanding experience working with Phillip Najera at Shottenkirk Honda with the purchase of my 2026 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. From the very beginning, Phillip demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to ensuring I received the best possible financing approval based on my individual financial situation. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked diligently to secure the precise vehicle and loan terms I wanted. Throughout the entire process, Phillip was transparent, patient, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for me rather than simply making a sale. His level of customer service far exceeded my expectations and is a true reflection of what outstanding automotive sales and customer care should look like. Employees like Phillip Najera are a tremendous asset to Shottenkirk Honda and deserve professional recognition for their commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Because of Phillip's exceptional service, I will confidently return to Shottenkirk Honda for future vehicle purchases and will gladly recommend both Phillip Najera and the dealership to family, friends, and colleagues. He has earned my trust, my loyalty, and my future business.

2024 Honda Civic review
Honda Civic EXL hatchback is a great car. I had a 2018 EXL coupe and was reluctant to have a four door. The 2024 is a quality made vehicle. I couldn't be any happier.
