Set up an appointment for maintenance on my vehicle and when asking about shuttle service they also notified me I had an option for a loaner. Just needed to submit license and insurance photo to email provided. That was so helpful amd convenient I'm thankful the gentleman suggested that too bad I didnt get his name. The next morning at pick up vehicle was ready with no wait time it was already parked up front and ready. The gentleman who showed up early that morning to make sure it was ready to go also did not get his name 🫠 but I was set up with the same vehicle as mine and was on my way back to work with no wasted time. Susan's name I did get as she was my service advisor. Susan made sure to communicate with me the current needs for my vehicle to keep it running smoothly. She got me in and out of there quickly and was very knowledgeable about everything as well as kind.

I went in for an oil change and came out with a new car! Both the service and sales departments were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The sales team truly listened to my needs and understood my financial limitations. They worked with me to get me into a new car without breaking my budget. I left feeling confident, happy, and with a payment that worked for me. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and would definitely recommend this dealership!

Texas Toyota of Grapevine review
Jayson is a great salesman. He was incredibly patient while I took my time figuring out which car was the best fit for me. He stayed attentive the entire process and made sure I explored every model and color within my budget and criteria. He worked to get me a great deal and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed, like other salesman typically do. I highly recommend anyone to visit Jayson at Texas Toyota of Grapevine.
2024 Honda Civic review
Honda Civic EXL hatchback is a great car. I had a 2018 EXL coupe and was reluctant to have a four door. The 2024 is a quality made vehicle. I couldn't be any happier.

If you are looking for a dealership to take your car this is the place! After a very miserable and stressful experience at another Volkswagen dealership in town we were so pleasantly surprised and thankful to have been matched up with Crystal as our advisor at the Alamo Heights dealership. She has taken care of us and gone above and beyond every single visit with our car. She makes you feel so important and truly listens to the concerns you have.

Very bright, polite, and knowledgeable. Shout out to William Brennan in Finances as he was the final person we dealt with on purchasing out 3 year lease! Exception young man also. Very through, professional and pleasant. All of these people deserve a 5 star rating in my book>>> I’m a hard sell but they all did a great job!!

Very good service no bs straight to the point. Very pleased with my vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to all the people I know.
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.
