AutoNation Honda Costa MesaReviews
AutoNation Honda Costa Mesa review
I had a great experience with Autonation Honda Costa Mesa. I worked with Aiden who was able to provide me a solid quote over the phone/text for the Honda Pilot I was looking to purchase. When I arrived, Aiden had the vehicle out front to look over and to test drive. With a fair price in hand, I reviewed my financing options and then completed the paperwork with Omar who thoroughly reviewed additional options with me. The sales manager Jacob even came by to say congrats. It was late so Aiden washed the vehicle for us. I really felt like the dealership cherished my business!

Toyota Corona review
I always bring both my vehicles to Toyota Corona for service. My 2012 Toyota Sienna had a major issue and Sader assisted with walking through everything and options to help with next steps. He explained that the technician saw that the engine was maintained and the work on the car, with continued maintenance, should give us many more miles. The Service team is great there. Thanks!

South County LexusReviews
South County Lexus review
A couple of weeks ago we acquired a 2023 Lexus RZ 450e at South County Lexus at Mission Viejo. We are so happy with the car. Our salesman, Enzo Impagliazzo did a super job selling us on the car and helping us through the whole process of acquiring it. Enzo put no pressure on us to make a decision re: purchasing the vehicle Rather, he let the vehicle sell itself, With his real title as Guest Experience Manager, he proved his worth to South County Lexus in a big way In the process of helping us in our purchase, Enzo became more than an employee of South County Lexus He became a friend A good man indeed. We had the most incredible experience at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore - Huntington Beach, CA. Barry Luke is the representative that handled getting my wife's new Honda civic LX. I can't talk enough about how amazing and refreshing this experience with him was. From the get go, Barry wasn't pushy, calm, and most importantly - he beat the rest of the competition. I personally went to the socal honda website and contacted probably 75% of the dealerships in Los Angeles and Barry's deal was the best. From his calm attitude and demeanor, care, and respect for making things quick - we were in and out of the dealership within ONE HOUR and drove off the lot with our new car after our 2020 trade in. He made sure not to waste our time. Again, I can't recommend him and the team over there enough. He is a rare gem in an industry that is oversaturated with false information, pushiness/aggression, and sales tactics. GO HERE!!! And ask for BARRY! And REYMOND!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really great experience at Honda World Westminster purchasing my new 2026 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition. Casey was great to work with. He took his time showing me the truck and explaining all the features. He was very friendly, helpful, and made sure I understood everything before I left with my new Ridgeline. Vince, the Sales Manager, was also great. He really made me feel like he cared about me as a customer and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. Sonny, the Finance Manager, was also excellent. He was very friendly and helpful. When it came time to sign the contracts, he explained everything to me and made sure I understood what I was signing. I really appreciated him taking the time to go over everything with me. Overall, everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional, and I’m very happy with my experience at Honda World Westminster. I would definitely recommend Casey, Vince, and Sonny to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. Thank you guys for making my purchase of my 2026 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition a great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bruce was absolutely wonderful. From the discussion on the phone all the way to the finance office was great!! We bought used and certified. I was between two CRV (one at another dealer) and with the way Bruce was communicating and working for me, I chose correctly. I absolutely love my car and this was the easiest process purchasing a car in my life.

CarMax Costa MesaReviews
CarMax Costa Mesa review
I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Honda World WestminsterReviews
Honda World Westminster review
I recently went to the Honda dealership in Westminster a couple of days ago because my sliding door was having issues—and of course, it was raining that day. I want to give a big thank you to my service advisor, Renae Franco. She was super nice, professional, and genuinely helpful. Even though my sliding door wouldn’t close and it was raining, Renae went above and beyond by wrapping the entire door with a plastic nylon cover so rain wouldn’t get inside my van while I drove home. She didn’t have to do that, but she did anyway, and I really appreciated the extra care. A few days later, I called back to follow up and spoke with a supervisor named Henry. He was also very professional and took the time to work with me to help resolve the issue. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction. After this experience, I feel confident trusting this Honda dealership with my vehicle. They’re honest, professional, and willing to work with customers—something you don’t find at every dealership. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/DuarteReviews
CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!
