AutoLenders was great to work with. When we couldn’t find the vehicle we were looking for with all the features at their particular location, they were willing to bring in two additional vehicles from other locations for us to also test drive, at no cost to us. Because of their flexibility and ability to bring these other cars in, we ended up purchasing our vehicle from them. They were great to work with!

Piazza Acura / Honda of ReadingReviews
Piazza Acura / Honda of Reading review
I purchased a 2018 Ram in October. I took possession of the truck the same day. I went to use the truck two days later and it had a dead battery. I called sales and they asked if I could get the truck to the dealership. I was able to jump the truck. Piazza took the truck right in and checked the battery which tested bad. They replaced the battery with no charge to me. I also had a water problem in the cab. This seems to be a big problem Ram has had for years but have not fix the problem. I called sales again. Since I had the truck for only one month they made an appointment for me to bring it in. Piazza checked for leaks and found a pressure vent in the rear fire wall and the rear window were leaking. I talked with a service rep by the name of Alex. Alex kept in touch with me every day letting me know what was going on. They had to pull the rear seats to replace the vent and a new rear window was replaced. The window had a sliding window. When I went to pick up the truck I was expecting to pay for the repair but Alex placed a form in front of me and asked me to sign. At the bottom of the form were all zero's. I asked if I had to pay something and his reply was no you only had the truck for a month. I even tried to compensate or offset the cost for the service but Alex said no thank you. I am so pleased with how Piazza handled the service and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle again. I give Piazza a 10 out of 10.

Piazza Honda of Pottstown review
Spoke with very professional and easy speaking sales associate named Aamir Mapp . He was a pleasure to work with, even though we didn’t get a deal done today 02/18/23 . Aamir’s attitude was contagious with some laughter and made the process of possibly selling a car today very comfortable. Unfortunately we were to far off with the numbers today. Hopefully I can regroup and possibly get the wheel turning again. Thanks Aamir. I will look for you in my further endeavors with Piazza Honda ( hopefully real soon )
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

AutoLenders ExtonReviews
AutoLenders Exton review
Since it's been six months since I bought my 2014 Magma Red Touring Sport 370z from Auto Lenders down in Exton, I thought It would be a good time to leave a long term review for anyone curious. Pro's - -Super easy to get into contact with, either with text or call. -Super Friendly, laid back, not pushy -Good Atmosphere. As someone who's been around dealerships for half of my life since my father was a master mechanic, this place felt welcoming, and the staff were nice, friendly and laidback as I stated before. It's also very clean and accommodating If you need to hang around for awhile. No sitting in a small room with magazines. -Relatively Quick all things considered. I went in to see my 370z around 2:30 from what I remember, and I was out the door by 6ish(Sorry guys for making you stay past closing!) -No one in the car with you for test driving. This isn't a bag per say, I was just super surprised by this. I walked in, showed serious interest, and my guy, Ryan, just got it prepped for me and let me take it out with a spin. I thought for sure he or someone else would come with me since it's a sports car, but nope. -Didn't try to rip me off with any of that extra crap like paint and fabric protection, Nitogren tires etc, thank god. I think mine only had etching. -Very transparent in their pricing, and give you time to think it over. I felt literally zero pressure from my guy Ryan, or anyone. They honored their sales price. -Financing. I don't know for other people, but they were nearly able to match my own bank, with my bank giving 5% APR, and their Bank in Pittsburg giving me 6% APR, and that's for a sports car. Granted I have goodish credit, so I don't know how it would work for people with bad credit, so I guess this point subjective. Cons- -No Haggling on car price. What you see is what you get there. I paid a premium for my car but If you do solid research on 370z, you find it's basically worth what they were selling it for. Mine was a garage kept from what I could see, one owner, clean title with 59K milage, well maintained, second rarest color, top every day trim(The Nismo is the track trim), tires and brakes still newish when I bought it. Mine an auto which wasn't my first choice BUT its still a great car for what it is, the last mechanical, analog sports car that's bound to be a classic in the future. These cars, If well maintained, hold their value, so I don't fault them for not tolerating haggling. As for a normal, commuter car, that may be different. Shout out to Ryan, Gus and Joe. Good guys. The Owner was also nice and very laid back.

Lancaster Mitsubishi review
Everything went well and I was able to buy the car I wanted at a good price. The only annoying thing was the “certification fee” they introduced when we got ready to buy the car. It was like $1,350. Anyway, even with this fee the price was good but it was still kind-of a weird way to do business, in my opinion.

Jones Family of Dealerships review
Great dealership to deal with! Salesman’s know the vehicles and are great at answering questions. Staff is friendly and helpful. They worked with us to get us the monthly payments that we wanted, they made extra phone calls for us. They got us exactly what we wanted. The process of buying a car was extremely easy, they had it all very orderly. Tom Kelley from the used car dealership was phenomenal to work with. Was not overly pushy, but was helpful. Have lots of options of used and new vehicles. They won’t disappoint you, go see them!

Excellent dealer experience. Very good online pricing which was honored absolutely without question. Our sales person Erika was flawlessly knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to easily answer all of our questions. We would not hesitate for a moment to shop here again.

CarMax Dulles review
This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.
