From the first contact with Ocean, I knew this was the dealership for me. Bridgette was attentive, yet not pushy when setting up my test drive, Aaron was willing to listen to my concerns and find the best deal for me and Kellayne was able to get me the APR I needed. I would definitely recommend going to see this team!!

Parkway Honda of BostonReviews
Parkway Honda of Boston review
This review is about services provided by Nicholas Almeida. My daughter has been going to Parkway Honda for all her car needs because they are simply the best—we already knew that. But what happened recently exceeded our wildest expectations. She had an issue that required a substantial payment from the insurance company to fix. Nicholas Almeida (Nick) took charge of the situation, and from the very beginning, he was incredible. He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. We are absolutely blown away by Nick’s dedication to his work and his commitment to his customers. We only wish there were more people as proud and passionate about doing an excellent job as Nick is.
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

We had a great experience at Ocean Honda Hanover. Dan Gilbrook made us feel comfortable and he was very informative and answering every question from us. In fact, the Pilot we were interested were not available, Dan was helpful to find the car that we want from the other location and made it shipped to Hanover for us. There was no pressure involved in the process and this was my best car shopping experience ever. I highly recommended Ocean Honda Hanover for car shopping and thank you Dan so much.

Ocean Honda of BrocktonReviews
Ocean Honda of Brockton review
Outstanding Service from Chris Charles-Marc at Ocean Honda of Brockton! We recently purchased our brand new 2025 Honda CR-V Sport from Ocean Honda of Brockton, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Chris Charles-Marc. From start to finish, Chris truly went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. What stood out most was how much Chris listened to our needs. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and then made it his mission to deliver on every single one of our requests. Chris is humble, personable, and incredibly professional, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even though the dealership didn’t have the exact color we wanted in stock, Chris quickly found one for us at a nearby location and had it delivered in just a couple of days. It was clear that his top priority was our satisfaction, and he made sure we felt completely taken care of every step of the way. Chris also showed us his own Honda with tinted windows, which we loved. He went the extra mile to connect us with his guy, and within a week, we had a great tint job at an extraordinarily low price. This level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail is hard to come by. Additionally, Chris explored financing options for us and worked with his team to see if they could beat the pre-qualified rate we came in with. He was thorough, determined, and always looking for ways to add value to our experience. We are absolutely thrilled with our new CR-V Sport and couldn’t be happier with the level of care and dedication Chris showed us. If you’re looking for a low-pressure, highly attentive, and effective salesperson, we highly recommend Chris Charles-Marc. He’ll make sure your car-buying experience is seamless and enjoyable! Thank you, Chris, for going above and beyond to make our car-buying journey exceptional!

CarMax WestboroughReviews
CarMax Westborough review
I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

becky was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional - and also ever so patient, as i had many many questions. my dear departed last car was a 2013 honda fit (purchased new), and today's cars are so very different......sort of like driving a computer at times. yet.....she made a somewhat stressful time as smooth and easy as possible. as a long-time honda customer - this will be my third honda from you, the first was a used civic - i have also dealt with your service department many times. i have never, in all those years, been dissatisfied with the service that you provided. i probably could have been able to find something acceptable and possibly even cheaper elsewhere - i had owned volkswaqens and a toyota before buying that used civic from you, so i am not a hardline honda fan - but a little extra cost is worth it to me when i am able to trust the folks who take care of my car.
