Hyundai Santa Monica review
Matt Sepahpur is a fantastic sales rep at the Santa Monica dealership - he is intelligent, honest, made the purchase easy, was able to tackle all queries my husband and I had, responsive and knowledgeable. After shopping around at various car dealerships in Santa Monica, it was a refreshing and unique experience at Hyundai. Matt played a critical role in making a decision to purchase a Hyundai vehicle. He is definitely a model employee!

Airport Marina Honda review
We purchased our 2019 Honda CRV used almost six months ago from Airport Marina Honda. Today, we brought it in for a Multi Point Inspection service. I dreaded making the appointment and took a whole day off from work. To my surprise, the whole experience was smooth and took less than the two hours originally quoted. Thank you Christopher Magana and Martin Puentes for your professionalism and customer support. Kudos to the whole team.

It was a friendly comfortable relaxing and interesting experience. The sales representative was very efficient, patient, encouraging, advisable, informative and entertaining. She made us feel relaxed and at home. And she always had a generous smile on her face to make us feel comfortable and assuring. Thanks to her we decided to make the purchase.

I can’t say enough good things about Gilbert Jordan at Galpin Honda. Gilbert has always taken great care of me and makes buying a vehicle about as quick and painless as it can possibly be. Even when I decided to purchase my Ford truck from Galpin Ford, Gilbert helped facilitate the deal and made sure I was taken care of throughout the process. That kind of customer service and loyalty is exactly why I continue to recommend him.

Galpin Honda review
I can’t say enough good things about Gilbert Jordan at Galpin Honda. Gilbert has always taken great care of me and makes buying a vehicle about as quick and painless as it can possibly be. Even when I decided to purchase my Ford truck from Galpin Ford, Gilbert helped facilitate the deal and made sure I was taken care of throughout the process. That kind of customer service and loyalty is exactly why I continue to recommend him.

LeSueur Car Company review
Almost too fast! 10 days from start to delivery; Good customer service, nice people! Oh wait, that's a 15 word MINIMUM... now I feel silly trying to cram all the good details into such a short statement. (facepalm) The entire experience was painless and fast, as noted; when my credit union balked at working with them they found me a competitive rate with someone who WOULD. They got documents to me quickly, and the car... well, through no fault of his, Steven LeSueur missed that the transporter picked the car up (on memorial day??) so I only got 24 hours notice that it was showing up. I was so used to those things taking forever I was off-balance for a few hours, but hey, that's what I consider a high quality problem. Speaking of which, the shipping cost was very reasonable, especially considering I saved about 6K getting the car there instead of locally. They gave me a great deal on EXACTLY the car I would have purchased if new, and getting that 4K tax credit up front made my life simpler and the loan even smaller than I was prepared to deal with. What's funny is my daughter and many friends live in Phoenix, so they now have a bit of a Northern CA booster with the locals. Oh, and there was no trade-in, so don't take the low rating as a slam; I just had no experience with it here. :-D
