We always love our service we receive at Lodi Honda. Our maintenance light came on and I called for an appointment the night before. Juan Sanchez squeezed us in at 8 o'clock the next morning, & our car was ready by 9:15.

I recently purchased my first EV car from Stockton Honda, and the experience was fantastic! The team was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even working seamlessly with a third-party company that provided help with down payment for first time EV buyers. Despite a power outage, they managed to complete all the paperwork efficiently. Their dedication and customer service truly made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Stockton Honda for anyone looking to buy a car!

Today, I came in with a flat tire thinking I had tire coverage, only to find out there was a bit of a “red flag on the play!” Thankfully, my service advisor, Jerry Cash, was incredibly helpful, understanding, and professional throughout the entire situation. Even after spending about two hours there, I still drove away happy and satisfied with the service I received. If you’re coming here for service, I highly recommend asking for Jerry Cash. He truly went above and beyond to help me out—and yes, Jerry Cash saved me cash! These days, every penny saved is truly a blessing. Thank you, Jerry, for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one!

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/DuarteReviews
CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

The sales associate was very polite, knew her information regarding the vehicle I wanted to purchase and worked with me to accommodate my schedule which had to be changed a couple of times.
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

AutoNation Honda Roseville review
Staff are respectful, not pushy, and we’re communicative during negotiations without some of the underhanded behavior I saw with other dealerships. When they did not have the car I wanted in stock, they checked other dealerships and had it delivered. The only thing that I would change was they negotiated financing before showing us warranty packages and that is something I would have wanted to be able to calculate while negotiating how much I’d pay each month and overall.

Bryon Burdette did an outstanding job for us. His follow through was excellent. I actually chose him to purchase my new car over Lexus of Roseville because of his follow through & the way he kept checking in. He spent significant time teaching us the new aspects of the car the day we picked it up staying very late to make sure we were knowledgeable. Love my new car. Love Byron, too!
