When I compare My experience with other dealerships makes central autohaus an easy and comfortable place to work with. They are an upfront dealerships with fair deals facilitated with no pressure or deception. Check them out you won’t regret it.
2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Auto Merchants Inc. review
A Truly Exceptional Car Buying Experience with Ray Fuentes at Auto Merchant! From start to finish, my experience at Auto Merchant was nothing short of outstanding — and that’s all thanks to Ray Fuentes. Car buying can often be stressful, but Ray made the entire process smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, Ray greeted me with professionalism and genuine kindness. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never once made me feel pressured. His deep knowledge of the inventory and the auto industry as a whole gave me complete confidence in my decision. Ray went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible and walked me through every step of the financing and paperwork process with ease. It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer satisfaction — he truly cares about his clients and it shows. I left Auto Merchant not only with a beautiful new car but also with a great sense of trust and gratitude. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Ray Fuentes. His professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service set a new standard for what a car buying experience should be. Thank you, Ray, and the Auto Merchant team, for making this such a positive and memorable experience!

Classic Chevrolet review
My husband and I put off looking for a new car for a very long time. We finally decided we would replace the car that we currently had with a newer model. We ended up with a 2024 Chrysler Town & Country that looks and drives brand new. Our salesman was Guillermo Villanueva and the manager was Juan Tapia. They didn’t pressure us. It was the easiest big purchase buy that we have ever made. These guys are 100% professional and 100% pleasant. We will definitely work with them again on our next car buy. Big thanks to Guillermo, Juan, and the folks at Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine! C & M Wilk

CarMax GarlandReviews
CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Honda Cars of McKinney review
I had an amazing experience getting my truck today, thanks to Mike Thomas and Glenn Morrison! They were both absolutely wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make the process a great experience. They were helpful, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. It’s not every day you meet people who provide such outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate both of them for making this experience a positive one. If you’re looking for a great team to work with when purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend Mike Thomas and Glenn Morrison! Thank you both for everything! 🚘👏🏽

Great experience with purchase and our salesman. Only one little issue we found out when we needed it the most during pouring down rain, we had no front windshield wipers installed on our new to us car. UGH.

Cilo my salesman spent 3 hours with me to make sure the whole car buying process is understood. Car fax said a previous Dmg and he showed me the exact repairs they did. I am happy and they were very transparent on everything. I buy a car every 5or 6 years and I will be at central in the further
