Tony B. met us in the parking lot. Very casual, no pressure. Not like the other dealerships we went to. They made us feel like fresh meat at a piranha convention! We test drove a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer. We were looking for a pickup but had no luck after 2 weeks up and down the I5 corridor from Seattle to Bellingham. Tony B. was very patient and polite. The experience was refreshing to say the least.
So, we bought what we needed, (NEEDED not WANTED. I wanted a Lamborghini Countach but my wife said it would be difficult to fit a tow hitch on it).
Shout out also to Jeff. He helped us out by arranging a couple of fixes to the vehicle. Needless to say we were very impressed by the service. All-in-all a very pleasant experience. When we win the Lotto we will buy all our future vehicles from Dewey Griffin.
We cant say enough of our experience at the Bellingham Toyota dealership. Crystal Mervyn was our first contact. Very professional! With her quick response and online quotes she brought us to the dealership. Crystal Glynn closed the deal on not one but two vehicles. Very smooth process. Wendy Hugo made the finance portion look so easy. All three show a high level of knowledge and are very professional in what they do and should be commended for their great attitude and hard work.
I came to the dealership knowing I wanted an electric vehicle of some kind but with limited knowledge Dax was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right car for us. The dealership made the sale go smoothly which is a rarity in my experience. We are very happy overall with the whole operation.

I visited Sims Honda to test drive three Honda models: the Accord, HRV and CRV. I spent a lot of time with the salesperson discussing these models and in the actual test drives. The Sales person was an encyclopedia of information about all three models. He was also very patient. I arrived around 1 pm and left about 8 pm. He was very helpful in my decision to purchase the Accord. No one at the dealership pressured me to make a decision and the salesperson seemed to be committed to my getting the car that I felt was best for me. The business Manager Brock Childers was also very flexible and helpful in negotiating the terms of the purchase.
Love Dewey Griffin! After an extensive search to replace my old Honda I landed there to buy a new Forester. They gave me a great price and, oh yeah, free car washes! Staff was polite and got me on my way quickly.
