Showed up on Saturday evening and test drove the car was there about 20-30 minutes, contacted them by phone Monday and I did everything I could do over the phone then got there after work Monday and was there 30 minutes finalizing everything. Out of those 30 minutes we did have to wait 10 because Jose was already with another customer. A no pressure environment and very nice people.

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

My wife and I retired and moved from IL to Calvert City, KY to be closer to our grandkids. Both of our Hondas had recalls, so we found that Watermark Honda was the closest to our new home. Tyler and Amanda in service were awesome, and took care of our Odyssey recall quickly. Happened to ask Matt the Bus. Mgr. if any “gently used” Ridgelines come in and he said it’s rare, but he would give my phone # to sales and call me if anything came in. Within two days Kyle called me and said that one came in and it’s definitely worth taking a look at. We ended up trading my wife’s 2017 Pilot EX for a 2023 Ridgeline RTL. I’m 70 yrs old and have purchased many vehicles, but I must say that this was the easiest and smoothest vehicle purchase that I’ve ever experienced! Corey the sales mgr and Kyle our sales associate were awesome. So far very impressed with Watermark Honda! We will be bringing our Odyssey and our Ridgeline in for service.
