I recently purchased a 2023 Wrangler 4xe WILLYS and worked with Dustin, who was very helpful and PATIENT with me in my decision making. The Jeep had LOW Mileage and was Priced GREAT, and I was hesitant with making the 60+mile trip from DE, but I am so glad I did. Thanks again to Dustin and Brian for their assistance.

Mike Piazza HondaReviews
Mike Piazza Honda review
I have a long relationship with Mike Piazza Honda meaning I have purchased many cars here. I have always used their service department for needed maintenance and other car services. My experience has consistently been from customer representatives, sales personnel, service greeters/take in service representatives, to the service representatives for the team who service my car as being friendly, caring, professional, and most importantly a job well done. Or put simply I have never been disappointed and this is what keeps me coming back to purchase my next car. I recommend this dealership and if you buy your next car here I hope you have the same experience as me.
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

CarShop Mt. HollyReviews
CarShop Mt. Holly review
I would like to take the time to recognize the sales manager "Danny" who turned a very unpleasant sales situation from one sales rep. to going above and beyond to make sure I was treated with respect and like a valued customer when the final purchase was all said and done. Not only did he apologize & remedy what was wrong, he followed up with new policy & procedures so that this doesn't happen again in the future. He made and kept his promises of having my new car sparkling with a big red bow when I came to pick it up after the previous sales rep, dropped the ball on the whole customer experience. He remained in contact to make sure all things associated with getting my car ready were implemented, which was truly appreciated. Danny was pleasant, and never gave an attitude whenever I called to check-up on the progress. The professionalism he displayed speaks volumes. I would recommend "The Carshop of Mt. Holly" to all of my friends, co-workers, family, or anyone who is looking to purchase a new/used car and wants A-1 treatment from start to finish.

CarShop Glen MillsReviews
CarShop Glen Mills review
I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

Yesterday my husband and I bought a certified pre-owned Odyssey from JL Freed. From the moment we stepped on the lot, Ron Malone was kind, approachable, knowledgeable, professional, and never tried to up-sell or haggle. The entire experience was seamless. I waited with our small children in the lounge just outside of Ron's office; everything was clean and the staff who passed by were welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership. Thanks, JL Freed and Ron!

J. L. Freed HondaReviews
J. L. Freed Honda review
Honda 5 out of 5 Stars Oct 25, 2022 Cindy A Great experience at JL Freed leasing my second Honda. Moved up from my 2020 Civic into a shiny red CRV-EX. LOVE it!!! Jake Klein was awesome salesperson- informative, pleasant, not pushy or phoney! Really lisened to my concerns and new car needs. Did not try to upsell and was mindful of my budget. Received a fair, generous trade-in value for my perfect condition 2020 Civic. Chris in finance was very helpful as well. On his game, knows just how to make the process smooth and again, great customer service! Thanks too to Sales Manager Jasun!! CRV rides awesome, looks super sharp in red and feels solid and safe. Love the design changes and extensive safety features. This is my 5th Honda vehicle! Got Freed’s very 1st 2023 CRV!! 😊 Cindy A
2024 Honda CR-V review
My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.
