Buerkle Hyundai review
We recently purchased a vehicle from Berkley Hyundai, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Lulu was absolutely amazing. She was genuine, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. Her authenticity and willingness to answer our questions honestly were a big reason we decided to purchase our vehicle. She made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Jacob in Finance was equally impressive. He made what can sometimes be a stressful part of buying a vehicle feel effortless. He was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly, making the paperwork process smooth and easy. I highly recommend the combination of Lulu and Jacob. Together they created one of the best vehicle-buying experiences we've had. The only thing that would have made the experience even better was the slow internet connection on Lulu's computer, which caused a few delays. Other than that, the experience was outstanding, and we are very happy with our purchase.

Got a quick response to my inquiries and received a video response. They seemed flexible with the appointment. There was a bit of pressure to make a quick decision, but they gave me some time when I asked for it. The salesman Brian was easy and pleasant to work with. I appreciated the best-offer pricing.

From the moment I was in contact with Veronica it was a great experience. She listened to ehst i was looking for she gave me multiple options from newer deals to older she let me test drive multiple vehicles to get a feel for them helped me adjust a few things for my comfort she wanted to make sure I got what I wanted which was especially nice as the reason I was looking was that I totaled my car a few days before. Everyone there was wonderful from sales to finance they worked with me every step of the way whenever I need another car that's where I'll be.

I went in for service and left with a new car! Meng was great and everyone backing him up helped to make the entire experience smooth and pleasurable. Blake and Andres in service took care of my most recent CRV, while I discovered a new 2026 CRV to take home! I have been very happy with Luther Hopkins Honda and all the employees who have helped me there. I must say that I am also very happy with the Honda cars as well, especially enjoying the Hybrid CRV's. The choice below asks New, Used or Service. I picked Service, but could also fill in Sales (New).

Buerkle HyundaiReviews
Buerkle Hyundai review
In order to appreciate this glowing review of Buerkle Hyundai, it's necessary to start with a scathing review of Walser Hyundai in Coon Rapids. When my husband took our 2022 Tucson to Walser, they told him that the rear blinker was on the fritz because of water in our rear lamps, which they falsely claimed was “due to collision damage” and therefore “not covered under warranty.” They charged us $127 just to look at our bumper, then gave us an estimate for almost $4,000 to repair a problem that their own technician described as “already a known issue on these guys.” We told them that this vehicle had never been in a collision, but they ignored us and falsely wrote on our invoice that collision damage was the cause of the problem. When I returned later to ask if a tear in the plastic (caused by a tire blowout 2 years ago) was the same thing as damage to the bumper, a representative confirmed that it was not. Nevertheless, she insisted that the technician had found a crack in the bumper when they looked under the car. That was their second falsehood. She offered to put it on the lift again, and when they checked again, behold, they found no damage to the bumper. The service manager admitted that the tear in the plastic could not possibly have affected the water in the center taillight (which is at the bottom of the hatchback), but she told me that a tear in the plastic could have caused the condensation in the taillight, because it had broken a seal, allowing water to enter. Another untruth, as it turned out. I later crawled under the car to personally have a look, and found out that it couldn’t possibly be true. The manager said that she would contact Hyundai to see if they would cover the center light. She said it would take about 24 hours to get an answer. The next morning, she texted my husband to say that they submitted the request to Hyundai the day before, “and they are still deciding if they are going to participate in helping with the cost of rear lamp assembly. Hopefully they will have some kind of decision for me today.” That was their last communication. After getting caught in so many falsehoods, it appears they thought it was just easier to drop all communications. That’s when I made an appointment at Buerkle Hyundai, and (oh my) what a difference was that experience. I explained the problem and the damage to the plastic behind the wheel, and they immediately offered to submit a goodwill request to Hyundai to cover the charge. They said they might receive an answer in 10 minutes, but it might take an hour. What? You mean it doesn't take over 24 hours to get an answer from the Hyundai headquarters? (For those keeping score at home; that was Walser’s fourth falsehood to us.) After Buerkle submitted the request, Hyundai approved the repair in less than an hour. Buerkle had the part in stock, and the whole experience, from driving in, to getting approval for covering the cost, to repairing the problem, took less than 3 hours. Everyone I spoke with at Buerkle was tremendously friendly and helpful, but a special shoutout to Danni. She’s a gem, and Buerkle should give her a raise and a promotion. Walser Hyundai charged us $127, and their only service was to treat us disrespectfully and feed us a pack of untruths. (I’m not sure what the industry standard might be for charging customers for falsehoods, but $127 seems kinda pricey.) Then they handed us a $4,000 estimate to repair a problem that they knew could have been covered by Hyundai, if only they would take the trouble to submit the request. Buerkle Hyundai fixed the entire problem in under 3 hours, and they threw in a free car wash and snacks. The total bill for the visit? $0.00. Buerkle has earned two new customers. I hope this review wins them many more.

This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

I had a great experience with Nathan Hadler when I came in to test drive a vehicle. He took his time to answer my questions and understood I was just starting my car research and was not ready to buy. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to convince me otherwise. He genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision for me which was evident in the follow up email he sent me.

Matthew Everett reached out to me after I inquired online for a specific model of the Honda Civic Hybrid. We scheduled an appointment for later in the day. When we arrived, he had several models of the car we were interested ready for us to test drive and look over. From start to sale, Matthew was kind, funny, personable and also incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its features and sales promotions. We will be recommending him to our friends and family, and should we our our children need a new car, we'll be contacting him first. This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had.

Luther Hopkins Honda review
We had a great experience with Luther Hopkins Honda. They contacted us right away, we drove up on a Saturday and were greeted at the door, offered coffee, water, snacks until our saleswomen Lauren was available to help us. We drove home with a gorgeous 2026 Honda passport. Easy to work with, answered all our questions.

As always it is a good experience dealing with Luther Honda. I have been buying cars and having them serviced there since 2005. It's wonderful to deal with a dealership that I can trust.

Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.

CarMax OmahaReviews
CarMax Omaha review
My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!
