Miguel Farinas at Kia/Coral Springs Auto Mall was a knight in shining armor for me during a difficult situation. Other dealerships would have turned a blind eye but Kia came through! This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

Just turned in my CRV sport Touring hybrid one year early for a 2027 new car. They made it so easy- same monthly payment, very little down and the color I needed. It was a no brainer and I was able to negotiate everything on line. Their service department is very good as well. I'm so happy to have found a dealership that I trust.

I would like to thank all the staff, but especially Zoilo Mesa. He was very attentive right from the beginning, and as foreign customers, he guided us through the entire process with great patience. We were welcomed by everyone, and the staff was extremely friendly to us. Throughout the purchase process, we were never disappointed by anything. If I buy another car in the future—which I plan to—I know exactly where to go and who to ask for. We appreciate everything!
