Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield review
2/5/24 we returned to Nissan Lynnfield. 5 years ago we purchased a 2019 Frontier from Salesman Alex M. That went so well we wanted a new car from Alex again. It was great to see him and the whole deal took only three hours. Alex explained everything about car and paperwork. He remembered us and his personal touch was sincere. No pressure. John in financing was extremely easy to work with. I love the service department too. This is a great dealership.
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

Chelsea great manager service department is wonderful. If you're thinking about trading in an older car looking at a smaller more gas efficient model this is the place to go. Their service department is cooperative effective, they care about the customer, they take care of you probably, the video tape your Service repairs and they offer you financing options. Best dealership I found so far

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2025 Honda Civic from Nucar, after a few mishaps and misunderstandings with the online team Dave Belanger and the Manager stepped in to make everything right. From that point on it was a great experience and I highly recommend working with Dave for a 5 star experience!

Really good dealership! I was greeted and welcomed and offered assistance upon arrival . customer care is top priority and I loved it. Upon making a decision on what to purchase out of their variety of selections I was given time to process what it is that would really fit me and my family. The sales associates were very patient and understanding with my decisions. I was presented with the vehicle I desired and at affordable rate as well. Overall great experience in my book, definitely recommend to anyone looking for vehicle.

Kudos to Michael Desrosier We had a great experience working with Mike at Honda North while purchasing our 2026 Odyssey. The whole experience was professional, friendly and transparent which made the entire transaction process stress free. When it came time to take ownership Mike again took the time to go over and answer any questions and go over the technology and safety features instead of rushing through the delivery. We would gladly recommend Mike Desrosier to anyone looking for a new Honda!

becky was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional - and also ever so patient, as i had many many questions. my dear departed last car was a 2013 honda fit (purchased new), and today's cars are so very different......sort of like driving a computer at times. yet.....she made a somewhat stressful time as smooth and easy as possible. as a long-time honda customer - this will be my third honda from you, the first was a used civic - i have also dealt with your service department many times. i have never, in all those years, been dissatisfied with the service that you provided. i probably could have been able to find something acceptable and possibly even cheaper elsewhere - i had owned volkswaqens and a toyota before buying that used civic from you, so i am not a hardline honda fan - but a little extra cost is worth it to me when i am able to trust the folks who take care of my car.
