He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. We purchased A used vehicle from Metrowest Acura. The car was in our price range and priced below most other dealerships. The frustrating thing was the complicated way we had to purchase the vehicle. We drove from out of state 3 hours One way. The deal ship knew we were coming but did not inform us the person to complete the paperwork for our purchase wasn’t working that day so we had to drive the 3 hours again to sign the papers needed to purchase the vehicle. Again on this second visit the person who signs off the title was not in the office so we didn’t get all the paperwork needed and it took them a few dats to send the papers in the mail. We brought transfer plates from our state on the second visit to drive the car home. Most of these headaches could be avoided if Massachusetts allowed dealers to give out temporary plates. All in all we like our purchase just not the extra drives and waiting to actually call the car our own.

I have had my Suburban in 5 times due to Navigation not working and Radio changing channels and screen freezing, they finally replaced screen and radio but discovered my CB Radio hooked up caused failure of my GPS. So I have disconnected the CB, Navigation Map on screen is working but I still have no voice command! How do I get voice command back, can I do it somehow on settings? Please advise!

My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

2024 Honda CR-V review
Purchased at Lease return, a 2019 with 20k miles, I am at 70k and its been consistent. Gas, Oil change, minor filters, wipers etc. getting average around town 32 MPG on long trips if i stay under or at 70 MPH it gets close to 40 MPG (Its not a hybrid)

I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!

Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.
