Honda of Cleveland HeightsReviews
Honda of Cleveland Heights review
One day looking for cars on internet I saw one I liked so I called Honda at Cleveland Heights. Frank Shorf answered the phone shortly. He said the vehicle I was interested on was sold, but he would help me find one like that. Next day I was already on the way to get a new car! Himself and the rest of the personal were very nice and informative. I got a better car than the one I liked at first for a great price!

This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

Don Sitts Auto SalesReviews
Don Sitts Auto Sales review
This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! At no point did I ever feel rushed or being pursued to purchase a car. Ultimately I selected my vehicle a one owner extremely well taken care of 2022 Ford F-150. Just like my previous purchase 3 years ago, the vehicle selection at Don Sitts is always top notch. You can tell the dealership pays great attention to the vehicles they purchase to sell. Thanks again Todd for a great experience at Don Sitts Deaiership. Tom S.

Don Sitts Auto SalesReviews
Don Sitts Auto Sales review
I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2024 Tesla Model Y from Don Sitts Auto! GM Ed Tuma and the entire team treated me with professionalism, honesty, and zero pressure--something that's hard to come by in the car buying world. The team was incredibly knowledgeable about the Tesla. They made the entire process smooth, efficient, and transparent. The 2024 Model Y was in immaculate condition, and very fairly priced. What really stood out was the customer service--everyone I interacted with took the time to answer my questions, explain the vehicle's features, and make sure I was confident in my decision. No gimmicks, no surprises, just a great deal and excellent service. I highly recommend Don Sitts Auto to anyone looking for a high-quality vehicle and a dealership experience you can actually enjoy. I love my new Tesla and will absolutely return for future purchases!

My wife and I have had some bad experiences with buying cars in the past but our experience at Jay Honda was incredible. Not only did Tony Spitalieri and Rober Logan exceed our expectations but the rest of the Jay Honda team certainly earned our lifetime loyalty. We won’t shop anywhere else. And refer everyone we can to Jay Honda so that they can have the same great car buying experience we had. Keep up the great work.

Great Lakes Honda review
I highly recommend Great Lakes Honda for your next car purchase. I just traded in my 2016 Honda Pilot and purchased a 2023 Honda CR-v Sport Hybrid from sales consultant Sita Biswa. I had an excellent experience working with her. Sita is professional, personable, and went the extra mile to provide me with the best possible deal, as did the rest of the staff supporting the transaction. I've been buying Hondas from Great Lakes Honda for over 25 years (this is my 5th), and have had all my maintenance and service work done here; the staff has always been responsive, fair, and performed quality work.

Dennis Jenkins did a great job. He was very patient with us and and answered our questions and concerns about the car. He's very knowledgeable about the different models.

Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.

Shout out to Sarah Peters and Marvin Maffett for their exceptional customer service helping us purchase our replacement vehicle after our 2020 Passport was totaled in a rear end collision. Great Lakes Honda, under the leadership of Marvin Maffett, was able to locate a specific color/trim new 2026 Passport and Sarah Peters worked with us to navigate the waiting and purchase of the car as it moved through the transportation and delivery to the dealership. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the purchase stress-free and we never felt pressured through the entire process. She was able to handle our last minute requests for accessories so the car was ready with everything we wanted at a very fair price. We researched nationally and were able to purchase the exact car we wanted at a price that beat dealerships from FL to Ohio. We would highly recommend Sarah Peters as a sales rep to help you purchase your next vehicle at Great Lakes Honda. A special thanks to Marvin Maffett for going above and beyond to ensure Great Lakes Honda could deliver the car of choice to its customer. 10 out of 10 service across the board from every employee we encountered throughout our buying experience!

Unlimited Motors review
This dealer is the bomb, I drove six hours to get to the dealership and the car that I drove to see was exactly how they described. Closed the deal within 1 hr. When I got home I looked for the wheel lock nut and it wasn’t there, went to dealer locally and bought one. Let unlimited motors know about the transaction and they refunded me for the part. Very, very satisfied with this dealershio
