Lexus of Sacramento review
Bryon Burdette did an outstanding job for us. His follow through was excellent. I actually chose him to purchase my new car over Lexus of Roseville because of his follow through & the way he kept checking in. He spent significant time teaching us the new aspects of the car the day we picked it up staying very late to make sure we were knowledgeable. Love my new car. Love Byron, too!
2024 Honda CR-V review
My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

The experience was awesome. My sales girl Michelle was amazing. The finance department was awesome working with us talking to us and explaining things very thorough. We just love the Honda dealership. We traded in our old Honda and we love this dealership. They’re very friendly they’re courteous. They’re very attentive to your needs. Can’t ask more than that and we love our new Honda passport.

CarMax West Sahara review
Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

My experience at Honda was phenomenal. The people in the service department was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was greeted with a “Thank you for choosing Honda, we appreciate your business, how can I help you today”. I was in and out of there in about 1.5 hours for an oil change, and a courtesy wash. I had a brake inspection, tap up on fluids and tire thread check as part of Honda”a free inspection to every customer. Even though I can get my oil changed for cheaper elsewhere, Honda provides a friendly and welcoming environment. I give them 5 out of 5 stars. Sherwyn Jack ✌️
