Really good dealership! I was greeted and welcomed and offered assistance upon arrival . customer care is top priority and I loved it. Upon making a decision on what to purchase out of their variety of selections I was given time to process what it is that would really fit me and my family. The sales associates were very patient and understanding with my decisions. I was presented with the vehicle I desired and at affordable rate as well. Overall great experience in my book, definitely recommend to anyone looking for vehicle.

Hector guided us through exchanging our Honda Fit for a Civic hybrid in just a few hours. He answered all of our questions clearly, gave us time to consider our options, and we drive off the lot with the car of our choice by early afternoon. Efficient, friendly and respectful-everything you hope for in a salesperson.

Imperial Ford review
Excellent staff, unique and welcoming atmosphere, and the massive selection made my visit an excellent experience. This will be my go to place for all of my future car purchase. The salesman we had was fantastic. He was patient with our many questions, made recommendations and helped reassure our final choice. It did not feel like a transaction but more like a someone was with us to ensure we got exactly what we set out for. I highly recommend starting with Imperial and asking for Paul M
2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.
