The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
2025 Honda CR-V review
I'm beyond happy with my new car from DCH Paramus Honda! The build quality, smooth ride, and attention to detail are truly impressive. It’s comfortable, stylish, and packed with great features that make every drive a pleasure. You can really feel the care and craftsmanship that went into this vehicle — it’s everything I was hoping for and more. A huge thank you to Maria Alcantara and everyone at DCH Paramus Honda for making the entire process so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend both the car and the team there!

First Team Honda review
We purchased a new 2021 Ridgeline and the selection of vehicles at First Team was far better than any of the other area Honda dealerships. Our salesperson, Mr Michael Powers, was outstanding! Michael was knowledgeable , personable, honest and patient . These character traits were demonstrated in the process of purchasing our Honda. Our experience was excellent, and everyone at the First Team dealership was friendly and thoroughly competent in their knowledge of the vehicle and made the purchase a breeze. The Ridgeline is a fantastic vehicle.

Mohamed- I had a great experience working with this salesman! He was very helpful, patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. He never made me feel pressured and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right vehicle. His customer service was outstanding, and he made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel smooth and easy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

Mohamed and Terron were awesome. They were so patient with me. I had no idea what kind of car I wanted to buy and actually almost left because I was frustrated with myself and not knowing what I wanted. They listened to what I wanted as far as must haves, color, and price point. They found me a car that I love and I’m so happy with the experience I had with them at Hall Honda.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hall Honda trading in my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder for a brand\-new 2026 Honda Ridgeline! A huge thank you to Jay and Mohamed for making the entire process such a positive experience! From start to finish, both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Jay and Mohamed made the experience easy, comfortable, and actually fun! I never felt pressured or rushed, and I truly appreciated the time and attention they gave me throughout the process. They made sure my questions were answered, my concerns were addressed, and that I felt confident and excited about my purchase. What really stood out to me was the customer service. It’s one thing to sell someone a vehicle, but it’s another to make them feel valued as a customer. Jay and Mohamed absolutely delivered on that! I couldn’t be happier with my new Ridgeline or the experience I had purchasing it. If you’re considering a vehicle at Hall Honda, I highly recommend asking for Jay and Mohamed. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you both for making this such a great experience\!
2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

I had a great experience working with Gavin and Alexis at Honda of Short Pump. Alexis has listened closely and answered all my questions, at all times, day or night. She really went above and beyond by bringing my new CRV and all paperwork to me, while I was traveling. Her customer service and professionalism is top notch, she made the process easy, and she helped ensure my knowledge of the new car features. I would highly recommend Alexis to anyone looking to lease or purchase a vehicle!

Steven Royal helped this time. He has been very helpful in previous times as well. I make a point of talking to him since he has been so helpful in the past. Bought this vehicle from West Broad in 2009. First Honda purchase was in early 80’s. Ann Dale was a service writer way back when! Great!!!
