After using 2 other Honda Dealership’s Service departments, Right Honda’s is by far the best and I found this out all by accident. My Ridgeline had a rodent chew through sone critical wire (did not know at the time) which ended up causing severe engine damage. Right Honda just happened to be the closest dealer so I brought it there. The vehicle was out of warranty and they had me work with Honda corp for goodwill “assistance”. When Honda chose not to help me with the repair cost, Right did!!! I credit the above to my Service Manager Brandon Bonds. Incredibly knowledgeable, he helped every step of navigating this and made this nightmare manageable with a great outcome. All if this with the first time I used them. I have used two other Honda Dealership’s service departments in the valley and they were good. However, Brandon and Right are exceptional!

My service advisor, Jimmy Doan, was great to work with. The car was delivered when he said it would be and only the work requested was performed. I appreciated his customer service

If you have a choice, this is a very good Honda service department. They were thorough and not overbearing. We have no complaints about the service.

I have been taking our two Honda Accords to Honda dealers for all servicings for the past 25 years. This service was also the most time efficient taking only 1 hour and 15 minutes, instead of the typical most of the day in my previous Honda dealers. This service team is the best I ever had. Faster than a naked pigmy, they sold me a car that i love to drive, at a decent price. the kids (stilll have them, regardless of that evil ex) love it too. Higher than MSRP, but I was in a hurry to get to work after my sentencing was done.
