I brought my 2024 Honda Accord in for a particular systems/electronic fluke, but decided to also schedule a tire rotation, alignment adjustment, oil change, etc. Donald Setchfield (Service Technician) was incredibly professional, thorough, personable, and I appreciate that he explained the service procedures beforehand, and findings afterward, in great detail, and answered all of my questions in the same manner. I was looking at three different cars across a dozen or so dealers. Only two were willing to run the process in a way that worked for me and only was anywhere near as transparent as I needed. Guess where I spent my money? CJ in sales and Brandon in finance were enjoyable people to be around, real humans. In my time at the dealership, I observed a lot of interactions and it struck me as a low-pressure, high-service place. I'll be back in three years when my lease is up to do it again.
