We've been customers of this dealership since at least 2010. My husband and I both have purchased at least 5 cars between the two of us over the years. The sales staff (Mr. Jay Donkel) treated just like family. The service department is second to none with Ms. Leslie leading the way keeping every visit a pleasure. Ms. Leslie even lent me her sweater when I left mine and was a bit chilly in the waiting room. When my husband wants to make an upgrade to his already fun to drive accord coupe Mr. Mark Gartmen makes sure he has all the information he needs to make an informed decision. I'm so glad I decided to check Tameron Honda eastern shore out 1st before any other dealer as I have yet to be disappointed. The Franco Family are Tameron customers for LIFE!

My car has so much damage that I thought the Insurance company was going to total it, so I inquired about a car on your lot. The salesman called me and I explained that we had not settled the case and he was very nice and asked if I would like to come and drive it and I told him I would but wanted to wait until I reached a settlement. He wasnt so pushy that he made me want to turn away. I was thankful for that.
Great experience. Everyone kept me informed. The work took twice as long as expected, nearly four hours. I was surprised and delighted that a reduction in my bill was offered without my asking because of the unexpected delay.
My family and I recently purchased a new 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer at this dealership. The process was extremely easy thanks to the helpful staff. They were very kind and patient as we worked out the details on the purchase, even staying a little after hours to make sure everything was in order (and for me to debate between two different car colors.) I had originally intended on purchasing a used 2014 model, but they gave us a fantastic deal on the new 2015 model with much lower interest rates on the financing and a lower overall price than I would have paid for the same car at many other locations. The dealership itself was very tidy and clean with an air of professionalism. Their website was also easy to navigate to locate specific information about the cars I was interested in, and when I made an inquiry about one of the cars, one of the staff members promptly responded to me in an email with more info. Overall, I'd say this was one of the best experiences my family and I have had with a car dealership. I'd certainly recommend it to anyone else looking for a quality Subaru or Mitsubishi vehicle.
Just purchased our third vehicle from ray here two months ago. We had a little AC issue that somehow wasn't covered under the extended warranty we purchased. Upon picking up, the owner Jason told us he took care of it and not to worry about a thing. The customer service is out of this world. We will be forever customers at carfinders!
