I walked in and was looking to test drive a Mazda 3 after doing some research online into what I wanted my first car to be. I was impressed with the experience I had, as I had no idea what to expect through the process of buying a car. Lane was patient and worked with me to find the car that best fit my needs and my budget, as I started looking at new cars, then moved to the used ones as we worked out the math on payments and my budget. I didn???t feel any pressure from the staff to buy now, they gave me all of the time I needed to make the decision.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Ed Baldwin was an amazing person to work with! Not only did we have substantial repairs, but we were having difficulties with our warranty company, Ed assisted us in every way possible, including a seamless rental process. He even called days after just to check and see how everything turned out. Ed goes above and beyond for his customers and I would highly recommend service at Gandrud.
As I started my search for a newer truck through carfax, I found DePere Auto Center had the truck we were looking for. We sent in a request to see if it was available, and they got back to us within an hour. Phil and the team that we were able to meet were friendly and down to earth.The test drive went smoothly. There was no pressure or hassle with buying the truck form them as we would get from bigger dealerships. We even asked if we could have the truck bed to have a spray in bed liner and Phil took care of this for us. Amazed and much appreciated at the customer service we received. I know that I will be recommending DePere Auto to all my Friends and Family along with us when we need to look again.
Happened to be on a walk with the wife and came across a truck I liked. The salesman came out and was very friendly and not pushy at all. Took a week for me to get back for a test drive. After the drive I decided the truck was for me. I did some quick little question answering to get the ball rolling. By the next day at 1:30 I got a text that I was approved! After work I picked up my new truck and dropped off my old truck that they took in as a trade. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a nice used vehicle! Thanks guys!
A GREAT DEALERSHIP!I bought a 2014 Chevy Captiva on 06/23/2018. Unfortunately a month after I bought it found out the Shifter assembly needed to be replaced and was not covered under warranty. The dealership took care of it at no cost and gave me a rental. I will definitely go back there again for a car and recommend them to anyone.
Mark the salesman was friendly and in no way pushy to sell us something. He answered all of our questions honestly. We test drove two vehicles both of which were immaculately detailed inside and out. Very impressive! The car we bought was same make but different model we had driven at another dealer, but the other dealer did not put the same time/effort into detailing their cars-not by a long shot! The car we bought looked new, drove great and was only $1000 more compared to the other dealer, and well worth it! I am so thankful we decided to check out West Town Auto, the other dealership simply did not compare! I will definitely go to West Town Auto in the future!
Recently purchased a used Pilot from Tom. Our buying and delivery experience couldn't have been more enjoyable. We were very happy and impressed with the polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff. After the 3 hour drive home I noticed a vibration in the Pilot, and after diagnosing a faulty rear driveshaft I contacted Tom. Without delay, Tom returned my call and informed me that the dealership would provide me with a brand new shaft at no cost to me. I will say that Van's stood behind their vehicle and made me a very happy customer and we will definitely be doing more business with them as my wife is a loyal CRV driver.
I bought a used Santa Fe from Jeff B a few weeks ago and had a great experience. I had some speakers that were blown in the vehicle and when I brought it to the attention of Vans, they replaced them free of charge. Everyone I encountered at Vans was professional and helpful. Having a good service department is a plus unlike my experience at Bergstrom in Green Bay!
Took my 2017 Accord SE in for service (oil, filter, and rotate) today. Was promptly greeted by my Service Writer Mindy. She was very kind and quick to get me written up, and the Technician who preformed my service Douglas did a great job as well. Car was clean, my seat was either not moved or put back exactly where I had it, and the engine bay was clean. Overall great; 10 out of 10 (or in cars.com case 5 out of 5)!
Jeremy Briggs made sure my car was taken care of in a very timely matter. Would recommend time and time again. 10 out of 10.
