From the moment you walk in, to purchase, service or even buying a part they are the most helpful and courteous people you could ever work with. I have been a customer for quite some time and plan any future purchases to be from them. I can not recommend them highly enough.

My retirement car was going to be a Mustang convertible. Looked at a bunch, and finally found my way south of the border (we live in NC, just north of the SC line). A short hop to Travlers Rest brought us to the friendly folk at George Coleman Ford. We came just to look at a pre-owned 2016 Mustang, but a combination of their aggressive pricing, generous trade-in value for my Subaru, and lack of pressure, and, well, I drove home with the top down in my new (pre-owned) Mustang. I'd go there again, and I'm pleased to recommend this dealership to others.
Bought the truck from RJ. Didn’t play games like the other dealerships in the area especially Lake Keowee Ram. (Ridiculous to deal with). Didn’t play around on price, were to the point and couldn’t have been easier. The next closest deal I got was almost 2k more. RJ had all the paperwork ready, I was in and out with my new Ram. Save aggravation and games and buy from Benson!

I purchased a 2017 Titan from Benson. the truck was as advertised and in great condition. The people are friendly and very helpful. The only problem was with Allen Hunt ; a salesman their. He has not delivered on promises he made. and is hard to reach after the sale to find out why the delay on keeping his word. To date I still have not gotten what I WAS PROMISED. I am going back up there to talk to the service mgr. Monday.I am pleased with everyone except Allen Hunt. If you buy a vehicle there don't buy from him!!!! I would recommend Benson Kia but only with a warning. avoid Allen Hunt.

He got me all the information I needed and helped me work with their Business Mgr to get the deal put together I needed. He made the whole negotiations and purchase quick a simple since we new exactly what we wanted.
The customer service was excellent. BUT... I have been to other service dealerships where they have much nicer facilities for customers waiting for their car to be serviced. Nicer waiting rooms with complimentary snacks, USA Today, and computers. Please consider upgrading the facilities.
