2006 Honda Element review
The Honda Element was ahead of it's time in 2003. The styling and unique quirks were unlike most any cars at the time. Is it an SUV? A car? Or a truck? Yes. I have hauled well over the 2500lbs weight limit. Helped many friends and family move by taking the seats out and stuffing the back full to the ceiling with boxes. I've taken many 10+ Hour road trips with ease and comfort. Gone camping, sleeping in the back with an air mattress. Used it to haul tools to job sites and take trash to the dump. As a bit of a jack of all trades guy I have done lots of work on the car that I would hesitate to do on other cars because of their complex designs. It gets decent gas mileage for a box. Bottom line is. If you're not sure what kind of car you want. Or if you need a car that will do almost anything you need. Look no further. This is the Honda Element.

2006 Honda Element review
The Element is a most versatile little box. It isn't terribly comfortable, but it is amazing for what it does. It would be nice to see what a 2020 Element would be like. Alas. But if you can find one in good shape (be sure to look underneath, they can rust out), grab it! It has space to haul more than the Pilot I sold to buy it, and probably gets slightly better gas mileage. I've read that the CR-V team killed the Element because it was cannibalizing their market. Ah, corporate infighting. Oh well. The Element will stand as one of the great weird cars.

2011 Honda Element review
I'm 6'0" and I'm on my 3rd Element. There's no other SUV that has suicide doors and can fit me at the same time. I remember when then they used to call it a Tupperware box on wheels when it first came out. I was saddened when Honda decided to discontinue the Element in 2011. Which is why I had to go buy the last model. I'm hoping they bring it back.

2011 Honda Element review
I love the element. i am at my second. had a 2005 manual for 18 years. now a 2011 automatic. i have spinal problems and the upright seat position with great head and front room is unmatched by any other car i have ever tried. these cars are so amazingly reliable, age well, and are so roomy and easy to pack. easy in and out passenger seats. excellent cleanability. i could go on. as i said, i love the element. Honda please produce these cars again!

Blah, but that's good. As aerodynamic as a toaster.With the high profile, mpg isn't spectacular. Excellent reliability plus overall versatility make it worthwhile choice. Driver seat is comfortable, but road noise detract somewhat.

2008 Honda Element review
I’ve owned my lx 2008 Honda Element FWD 5 speed manual transmission since i bought it new… replaced 1 alternator, 1 water pump, i’m on my 3rd clutch but i also have almost 400,000 miles on it it’s more than paid for itself and still runs great… I’d trust it to go anywhere

1 owner, 397,000 miles. Only replaced starter , alternator and a window regulator . wished it got better gas mileage, but what do you really expect, pushing a box through the wind.

2004 Honda Element review
Love this vehicle! This Honda Element is fun to drive, has a huge back end for hauling stuff, camping, etc. This is one of the rare manual transmissions.....not for everyone but was perfect for my needs. Love it and I feel it will be a great auto for someone looking for this type of SUV.

2011 Honda Element review
My boyfriend has a Honda Element and I adore that car so much. It’s so comfortable no matter where you sit and I love how the doors both open outward so that you can fit really big objects in with ease. Also this car has the BEST SPEAKERS EVER!!! I don’t know how they engineered it so good but these speakers are amazing. I love this car so much!!

From routine oil changes and maintenance to body repair from an accident I was in two summers ago, the team at Subaru has made every possible experience simple and supportive. I am a single Mamma working 6 out of 7 days a week and a car is vital for transportation to and from work as well as the safe transportation of my toddler to a from a myriad of places. Subaru has always, every single time without fail, made sure that I was taken care of. From making sure that my vehicle is in tip top shape to providing transportation so that I do not skip a beat in regards to my professional and personal experience. My most recent experience with Subaru, however, was simply ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations. My dog canopy belt had gotten stuck in my rear gate lock and jammed it up. I made an appt for early Monday, 3/29, to have it taken care of. My parents were in town from TN, and we like many others, hadn’t been together in over a year and a half. I really needed my car, and was pretty disappointed when I showed up Monday to find they were so backed up at Subaru that they weren’t even seeing cars until WEDNESDAY! Enter hero: Deseo Perez. At first he made a phone call to make sure they could get to it today. He put up with my (kind ish) dissatisfaction when he told me how much the techs cost per hour (I was in shock and disheartened that an improper close of my trunk was going to cost $$$), and honored my request for Subaru to take care of a Lyft even though it was company policy to only do that when a car is undergoing major work and repair. I begrudgingly agreed to the terms, but told Deseo I needed to get my kiddos car seat out of the car before they took it for the day. He told me to wait in the waiting room and he’d bring it around. 10 minutes later and Deseo is there pointing me to my parked car and informing me that he had FIXED IT HIMSELF, and that there would be no charge. He didn’t want me to have to pay or wait for such an easy, quick fix. He listened to me, heard my situation, and decided to be a beacon of kindness and light at a time where we are all so in need of just that. Thank you, Deseo!! You are an incredible, kind human being, and a bright force in this world. Your compassion is a beautiful thing, and so deeply appreciated. Subaru should know just how lucky they are to have an employee like you. Deseo made my day, maybe my month. I squealed with excitement and overwhelming gratitude as I pulled out of Subaru service about 30 mins after bringing it in without paying cent. If you are considering purchasing a Subaru, DO IT!!! You not only get an incredible car (literally the BEST there is), but you also get caring, compassionate, and superior service. The Subaru team is a team of experts. Let them help you too!! 2006 Honda Element review
It can absolutely do whatever you need for daily life. This has it all: storage of a truck/van, compact body of a city car, funky fresh looks of nothing else. All it can't do is race and haul which most people do not need. You can sleep in the back comfortably (I am 6'6 and can do it) and hold any camping equipment you would need. It can do some *light* off roading with some good tires even. The engine and transmission with proper care can last 400k miles easy. All for under 5k.

Awesome practical car especially for pets and lifestyle. Rear seats fold to the side leaving a flat floor great for dogs. Good to work from also as it will easily carry tools and gear. Not fast but very reliable. AWD good for light off road. I wish Honda would build a modern version.

Third owner. Had two previous crashes, but repaired by Honda. I had two accidents within a year, both uninsured drivers. Car was a write off. Up front had it repaired. Been a great car, but I think it’s cursed.

2010 Honda Element review
This is my second Honda Element and it is perfect for transporting 1 large dog and 2 cats in kennels to the mountain cabin and return. The roomy interior is comfortable and it has no problem at all with snow. Not the best gas mileage but I wouldn’t drive anything else!

2004 Honda Element review
This car is economical to operate and maintain. It has exceptional capacity for carrying things, so much rear space. It rides well and handles well for being a box on wheels. The exterior style is unique and sporty. The engines are dependable and last forever if you change the oil and filters. If this one was crashed or stolen I would buy another. So versatile. Who needs to spend 60,000 on a car for around town. You can get one like this for 7,000.

2003 Honda Element review
I LOVE this vehicle. I am the second owner and my daughter and I have had so much fun on trips camping, actually climbing mountains in 2wd in the summer and setting up camp above. Best vehicle yet and my last one was the Subaru WRX. Totally different vehicle and to be fair... I also drove it differently. Love Ella's!
