I had reservations initially, but am very pleased with my purchase. This vehicle has a few more additions than my previous HRV. I like the added features that are standard on this model.

My experience with Gerald Griffin with purchasing a vehicle was simply outstanding! He assisted me throughout the entire process. He searched the inventory to find the right vehicle for me. I am very satisfied! The Honda CRV has served me well. I highly recommend, anyone needing a new or used vehicle go to Honda in Oak Lawn and ask to see Gerald. He truly wants to and will provide quality service as a professional sales person!

I had a fantastic experience at Honda on Grand. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and their selection of vehicles was impressive. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend Honda on Grand to anyone in the market for a new car.
2024 Honda HR-V review
I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

We had a great experience working with Francisco! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He helped us find the right vehicle and knew the Ridgeline inside and out, explaining all the features and little details we needed to know. He made the whole process easy and stayed with us from the moment we started looking until the deal was completely finished. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a Honda.

Just bought an RDX spaceship from these guys. The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. In more than 50 years. Sebastion, our salesman, was incredible. Spent an enormous amound of time explaining the car's thousands of features, and made all the settings, etc. he thought we would want. Even helped out the next day via facetime when we forgot how some of them worked. And then called AGAIN the next day to make sure we didn't have more questions!!! When's the last time that ever happenned to you? Elson, his manager? More of the same. No BS, no haggling, reasonable on every issue and request; cuts righ to the chase. Found out he jogs near our home and actually invited him to stop by for coffee. When has that ever happenned? Rashard? Continued the same great service. Looking for a car? These are the guys to see.

While traveling from out if state,we had a vehicle breakdown. At that time/day, all repair shops were closed. So taking a gamble we dropped the car off at Napleton Ford of Oaklawn. The techs at Napleton jumped on our issue right away and worked hard to help a family stranded on the road. We were back up and running in just a few days. Thank you Napleton Ford!!

I purchased a car from Toyota downtown Chicago. I did a trade in. Juwaun Sims helped me. He was exceptionally transparent and honest guy. He and team give me the very fair price for my car and disclosed every thing about the car I got (almost new with old mileage but had minor accident). The experience was outstanding. To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.

Valley HondaReviews
Valley Honda review
I was just in for service today for my 2025 pilot my 2 nd oil change only even though I have visited the service dept a few times before Anthony is usually my go to guy. today Anthony wasn't there I had the pleasure to have Alonzo Carrillo what a great young man I let him know what I was in for He explained everything to me about my codes and what I would need today Very Knowledgeable did not try to push other services on me like most other service departments would ( I came from Hyundai the worst service dept ever in my 70 years of living) it's such a pleasure coming to your service department You should be proud of the job Alonzo and Anthony are doing their. Alonzo went above and beyond today helping me And I want him to be. acknowledge for such a wonderful job he did. I'm a retired police officer and a Vietnam veteran and it was a pleasure dealing with him today. I also had the 10% off coupon from the coupon book I received when I bought my car. He made sure to give me the discount and told me to hold onto the coupon for next time. THANK YOU ALONZO you know how to treat a customer and to keep them coming back.I sent another friend over to your service department from new Lennox. He wasn't happy with his service department. He was using in Joliet. He has been coming now to Valley for his service . please let Alonzo how great of a job he's doing Even though Anthony is my go to guy Alonzo is right there with him

CarMax SchaumburgReviews
CarMax Schaumburg review
I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!

CarMax Capital Boulevard review
I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!
