Heritage Honda of Westminster review
Was researching and looking for a used car for my daughter for a month. Seen the perfect car pop up on Heritage Honda website. Went in on a Saturday and was greeted by Eyo. Eyo enthusiastically was able to show us the car, arrange the test drive, and handle everything from start to finish. Was thoroughly impressed with how everything was handled from the car showing through the financing. Would definitely recommend Eyo and Heritage Honda for your new and used car buying needs.

We just had a wonderful experience with Kyshawn trading in a 2021 HR-V for a 2027 Odyssey! He listened to our priorities and made the deal happen. Kyshawn, Sam, and the financing department made the whole deal straightforward and we left with exactly what we wanted within 2 hours. We were grateful for such a quick and easy process. This is our 3rd purchase with Heritage Honda in Parkville!

My husband and I are very pleased with our recent purchase of a 2023 Honda CR-V with the help of Amirah Holland. We were shown a nice option of automobiles and feel we landed on the best for our needs and budget. Amirah was warm and knowledgeable. She heard what we needed and did not push us into a more expensive car. We are absolutely loving our new Honda! (And, yes, we were just going to do a test drive, but we fell in love with the way it felt to drive the CR-V) We were also really happy with the financing.

Group 1 Honda Owings MillsReviews
Group 1 Honda Owings Mills review
While taking my car to the Honda of Owings Mills may not have been as fast as taking it to Jiffylube or Firestone, my experience was leagues above. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment time and they took my car right away. They were on top of communicating with me as I sat in their waiting area, didn't try to pressure me on some of the extras they found while doing my oil, transmission, and tire rotation - which is much appreciated. I was always told by my parents to never go to the dealer, that they would overcharge, but my experience couldn't have been further from that. Not only did they do it for $100 less than their competitors, they were able to do it with a much nicer tone :) My service advisor, Ellery Queen, might have just been one of the best advisors I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. He made sure the technicians looked at the things I had asked about, apologized continously (even though he didn't need too!) when it took a little longer than expected, and was extremely kind and professional. He didn't nickel and dime me on the price, and it came out to exactly what I was quoted :) If and when I return to Honda of Owings Mill, I will be requesting Ellery

Heritage Honda of WestminsterReviews
Heritage Honda of Westminster review
After reading reviews and ratings for the top brands of SUV hybrids, shopping around for a few weeks, and then driving each one, I decided on the Honda CR-V. I didn’t have any bad experiences at the various dealerships. (Thank goodness dealerships are clearly making attempts to change their image and processes). Buying a new car has never been a favorite experience for me! But I have to say that my experience was stellar at Heritage Honda, with outstanding assistance from James Whittaker. He was [every positive adjective you can imagine] patient, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, informative, helpful, and conscientious with regard to my time and my budget. I never felt pressured, but instead felt that the team 1) worked together as a team, rather than competing against one another and 2) wanted to help me to find the right car for my needs. I am very pleased with my purchase and delighted with the service that I received. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about my recent car buying experience at Anderson Honda! I worked with Nikki (sales) and Dustin (finance) when buying my new 2025 Honda Pilot. These two made my experience so easy and fun. They were very transparent throughout the whole process and gave me a good deal all over email. Both took their time to explain everything they were doing and help make sure I felt comfortable throughout my car buying process. If you are looking for a simple, honest, and fun car buying experience, I highly recommend Anderson Honda. I really appreciate the work Nikki and Dustin put in to make this experience great and will be back to buy my next car!
2027 Honda HR-V review
I went from a 2017 Honda HR V with 113,000 miles to a 2027 Honda HR V with 7 miles and I love it! I hated to say good bye to my 2017, but when they offered me $7,000.00 on a trade in, I decided I had gotten my money's worth out of my first one and it was time to upgrade. I went with a black exterior and a black leather interior so that I could have the sun roof. Nothing better than turning on the heated seats and opening the sun roof on a sunny 40 degree day in January. This model is a bit bigger and I appreciate the extra size. I loved my 2017 and I really love my 2027!

Jim Coleman HondaReviews
Jim Coleman Honda review
I worked with Chris Kim as my sales person and Joe Proscia as my finance person. I drove two similar vehicles with Chris. First, Chris was welcoming and respectful. He was knowledgeable about basic vehicle features and was able to give his own opinions in a fair way. He accentuated the positive and acknowledged tradeoffs. His approach felt honest. If I was his manager, I'd probably want him to press the sale more, but he read me correctly. I bought a car the day I met him. I would refer friends and family to buy a car from him. I worked with Joe Proscia for financing. Joe was also welcoming and walked through options clearly. He was not annoyed by my use of a spreadsheet amortization tables. My spreadsheet was basic and I wasn't using Solver or AI, so I was a bit slow. He wanted me to feel comfortable with my decision. He gave me space to think and run my numbers. Then I bought a car. I would recommend Joe to friends and family. I fault the dealership for a lacking description of warranties and extras in the finance process. I like mental models at least. I kept my spreadsheet open for a reason. The Jim Coleman Honda team was still better than most. The team respected that buying a car is a big investment. It gave me the confidence to make a purchase. I would consider buying from them again.

Heritage Honda Bel Air review
I have a great experience buy a car at Heritage Honda Bel Air. Jennifer Steele was great! I picked the car out online and made an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived, Jennifer had the car waiting. She answered all my questions, and helped progress me through the sales process quickly and painlessly. I'd go to Heritage Honda again for my next car.
