The experience was awesome. My sales girl Michelle was amazing. The finance department was awesome working with us talking to us and explaining things very thorough. We just love the Honda dealership. We traded in our old Honda and we love this dealership. They’re very friendly they’re courteous. They’re very attentive to your needs. Can’t ask more than that and we love our new Honda passport.

Ikhlas and Roman were extremely helpful. They worked with me to find the best deal and I didn’t have the best situation, credit wise. They were honest and transparent from the beginning and all the way to the end. They didn’t rush me or pressure me at all. They answered all of my questions. I totally recommend Echo Park in Roseville, CA and I wholeheartedly recommend Ikhlas and Roman.

I got in contact with my salesman Q over the phone on Friday afternoon letting him know I would be coming in the next day and he got everything ready when I got there. I had to travel in from the Salinas Valley, so I really didn’t want my time wasted, and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly we got to agreeable numbers. From start to finish, it was about 2 hours total. If you have bought cars, you can appreciate how fast that really is. Thank you Q and the rest of the staff for making my trip quick and easy. Thank you to the detailers who had my car shining when I got there!

Roseville Toyota review
Very happy to have joined the Toyota family Saturday. David Kirby was our rep, he made our experience a breeze. I met David back in February while servicing my Kia across the street. I told him my plan then was to shop around until I could bring my boyfriend with me on a weekend. He was respectful and didn’t get pushy but still gave a high level of attention to my wants. We came in on Saturday and thankfully David was working. He provided the same level of high quality service, attention to detail, and focusing on our needs to help lock in our new 4Runner. If it wasn’t for David I honestly could have waited by get a new car but he really saved the day when I expressed that the numbers rep that jumped in came off a little “numbers only” and not as personable. The numbers guy did turn around and was patient with me explaining all my options. I know the car sales game is fast but the experience still matters so I’m happy that they were able to adjust and meet me where I was. I love our new 4Runner. Thank you David, Lori and team.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

Shottenkirk Honda Davis review
I had an outstanding experience working with Phillip Najera at Shottenkirk Honda with the purchase of my 2026 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. From the very beginning, Phillip demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to ensuring I received the best possible financing approval based on my individual financial situation. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked diligently to secure the precise vehicle and loan terms I wanted. Throughout the entire process, Phillip was transparent, patient, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for me rather than simply making a sale. His level of customer service far exceeded my expectations and is a true reflection of what outstanding automotive sales and customer care should look like. Employees like Phillip Najera are a tremendous asset to Shottenkirk Honda and deserve professional recognition for their commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Because of Phillip's exceptional service, I will confidently return to Shottenkirk Honda for future vehicle purchases and will gladly recommend both Phillip Najera and the dealership to family, friends, and colleagues. He has earned my trust, my loyalty, and my future business.

It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. I had to keep adding water to my car so she can take us there. I was nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car. IT WAS THE CAR IVE BEEN WANTING :) and Elijah Combs was our representative. He had great hospitality, customer service skills, had an amazing slime and over all made the experience of our first time comfortable and exciting!! ( I definitely had that anxiety lol) no tricks, no games. He helped us with getting set up with full coverage insurance and making sure we get our registration. I am very grateful to have had this thrilling experience and he was just as excited for us as we were. I definitely recommend him and the CarMax crew to any one whom is looking to get a new car. The rates are great and I can't wait to come back. Thank you Elijah Combs for making this journey worth wild.

CarMax Capitol Expressway review
This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

Vacaville Honda review
I have been doing business with Vacaville Honda for many years. Not only am I extremely satisfied with their wonderful staff but I recently brought in a dear friend of mine who was shown the exact same hospitality and professionalism as expected. Mike Mahoney is an exceptional person who will treat and take care of all your concerns whatever you came in for. In all my years of doing business with car dealerships both in NY and California there is only one place I will ever do business with. That’s Vacaville Honda. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, courteous, caring staff especially Mike Mahoney. I guarantee you will be extremely satisfied going there for whatever you are in the market for. Needless to say my friend left with a great deal for the car she immediately chosen. They are the prime example of what a car dealership should be. Their business methods should be the example for all to follow
