I recently purchased my Honda Prologue, and I’m really happy with my experience! A special thanks to Keo, my sales representative, who played a big role in helping me make this decision. He was extremely supportive, motivating, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain the car’s features, technology, and everything I needed to know, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. Keo did a great job answering my questions and helping me understand all the details without making the process overwhelming. His knowledge, positive attitude, and willingness to help made the entire buying experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re planning to buy a Honda, I highly recommend asking for Keo. Salinas Honda Gastonia review
I purchased a brand new 2023 Honda CR-V from McKenney-Salinas Honda at the end of January 2023. I could not have picked a better, more compassionate, customer service oriented dealership for my first new car purchase. More specifically my salesman, Immanuel Victor, went above and beyond and also kept me informed throughout the entire process from the time my vehicle was being built, to it being shipped, when it arrived, accessories ordered/arrived/installed. I would also like to mention Steven Johnson; when I was finalizing everything he was not pushy in extra warranties like you get at most other dealerships. My whole experience was extremely smooth thanks to everyone at MS Honda. If this is not your first go-to when looking to purchase your next vehicle you are going to the wrong place!

Overall I would buy from them again,, Just make sure they furnished 2 fob keys And My Sales guy,, Benny Paris will work with you to get you il the car you want...Good Honest Dude.

Austin and the gentleman that greeted me were awesome. I totally trust Austin which is really something for me to feel that way about a service department. I have been coming to the same service department since buying my Honda 11 years ago and every visit has been more like dealing with a friend than a business.
