I had help from Mariano and he was very friendly and ready to discuss about anything (my requirements, budget, options, etc). As a new driver he was patient and understanding, so I appreciated that. Overall really witty guy and called me about a week later to ask how the car and I were doing. Provided my extra set of keys same day, no questions asked. The dealership itself is really nice looking, just that financing managers (in my case Syed Shah) really push on selling you extra things after you???ve decided on what car to obtain and when talking numbers it can get a little muddy. In addition, the APRs seem to be much higher than listed on the website, so just keep that in mind! Lovely experience with Mariano.

I was there yesterday changing the oil in my car for the first time. From the moment when I drove through the gates to the time when I got back in my car I felt like I was a very special customer there. Everyone there did their best but for the most part I must thank Steve Harris. He pointed out on an important safety recall that needed to be fixed in my car and I agreed to leave the car to fix it. I got it back on time no problems at all.Steve was there to answer any questions and for assistance from the beginning to the end. I had the best experience in Honda Service Center!!

I just bought a new Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L. My experience was very pleasant. Sky helped me out. I visited the dealer three times, and Sky was very patient showing me all the features in the car, then we took the car for a test drive . The car has a lot of technology and it takes a while to go over everything. We had a lot of fun test driving the car and using the safety features. What made my experience very pleasant was the fact that at no time I felt pressured to buy ( no desperate annoying sales calls every day). I was given the time I needed to consider the car and come back. Also, I believe a good price on my new car.
I called for appointment for a recall that I received for my 2012 Honda Pilot to be serviced, The service personnel who welcomes me was Paul Mosca. When I handed him the letter from Honda. He first thanked me for not neglecting the mailing letter and took the time to take care of that. This makes me feel valued as a customer. Paul is very professional, courteous. The way he speaks to his customers make them feel at ease. He assures me that my car will be taken care rapidly and reassure me that I have nothing to pay. What makes Paul's service outstanding is the fact that he told me he will check if there were another recall under which your vehicle was flagged for. He invited me to get a cup of coffee.He wants to make sure that I am ok. He came to me a few times to give me a update of the car repair. and sure enough, there was another recall that the Pilot was called for. Paul is the type of representative that encourages t customer o come service their car at Millennium Honda. He is excellent in terms of people relationships. You really need people like Paul in your organization
