I have worked with many of the service advisors at Ziegler Honda of Racine, Always very kind, very professional, very helpful and they explain things very well. My last visit I had Steven as my service writer, previously I have had Tim help me many times. Compared to many dealerships I’ve been at, Never had a problem. I’ve been to a few Honda dealerships and they’re always cocky with an attitude. These people are a joy to work with. They don’t try to oversell anything in their honest about what is necessary and what needs to be focused on doing the work on the car. I never feel uncomfortable or deceived in any way. I purchased both of my cars elsewhere and got horrible service. Next car I get will be from here and I will be bringing both my Hondas loyalty to this dealer. Don’t go to Honda of Kenosha. I brought cars there at least six times and never once had a good experience.

He worked hard to get me an amazing deal on my brand new CR-V and, as always, made me feel like a genuinely valued returning customer rather than just another sale. It's rare to find someone in leadership who is this hands-on, responsive, and truly invested in making sure everything goes perfectly. A huge thank you as well to Jason Larson, my sales consultant this time around, who was fantastic from start to finish. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. He made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and completely pressure-free. And I have to give a very special shoutout to Ivan, who I actually worked with previously as my sales consultant when purchasing another vehicle, so it was wonderful to see that he's since earned a promotion into finance--which is incredibly well deserved! It says a lot about Muller Honda that they recognize and promote great people, and Ivan continues to be one of them. Last time, I completed everything ahead of time, but this time I actually completed my credit application in the dealership, and even with that, Ivan had my finance paperwork completed in only about 30 minutes. Overall, my experience buying an Accord from Muller Honda was a positive one. Salesman Kurt Kim was professional and straight forward. Still, I would suggest the dealer should lay out extended warranty options earlier in the process, not when you have already decided to buy and are about to sign over a check. Also, the fact that the dealer added on a fee over the MSRP was not surprising, but still disappointing. It does not generate dealer loyalty going forward. But this is my fourth Accord from Muller and I haver always beemn happy with them.
