Everything was good they made me feel as if I had more options than other dealers I went too in the last month. Also I didn't feel as if I was just being sold a car. Or them just wanting the money from me . The time was made for me to feel satisfied .

I went into Brown Honda on Saturday, shopping for a new car lease. I was deciding between a few different Sedans (Mazda 6, Toyota Camry, and Honda Accord) but was not 100% confident on one over the other. Wendy Cooper ended up helping me - she listened answered EVERY question I had, was extremely professional, extremely easy to work with and best of all, took great care of me.
The entire thing took only about 30-45 minutes (including test drive and getting approved for financing) and I was out the door with a brand new 2018 Honda Accord!

We got a great deal on a new Honda Pilot from Mark Stevens. He was very courteous and professional. I hate buying a car as I feel like I got ripped off. I did not feel that way here at all. Only complaint is difficulty in contacting service they either did not call. back or answer phone. Great overall dealership!
Mo Zareef was a great sales consultant. Super calm during negotiations, explained everything well. No high pressure sales. We had been to the dealership several times before just browsing and never felt pressured into anything. Mo really went above and beyond, even explained delivery of the vehicle. I found a suv that I was interested in buying online. I made an appointment to view it and ended up buying it. I had a great experience here from the time I walked in. Everyone was attentive and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The service department also was great when they replaced the tires. They gave a ride home and back because of the length of time it took. I would have liked a higher trade in value for my car, though. I know it was worth more than I was given.
Z was my contact. He has been with the company from the start and is a low key no nonsense attentive business partner. I bought from out of state and he assisted in all the aspects needed to make this a smooth and mutually beneficial purchase. You are in good hands with Z.

I was looking for a Honda Fit and found many listings online. I emailed several asking for the VIN or Carfax. One kept saying it would send a VIN but never did. Another insisted I should call him first. Charlie's stood out because far from hiding, it had posted the Carfax in its listing.
It was a good history, so I emailed late Friday night to say I was interested. Larry responded by email first thing Saturday morning, giving his cell number.
By the time I called he was taking the car to be checked out. When I asked if there was room to negotiate on the price, he said there was some and he'd know more after the inspection. He called back to say that it needed new tires, so he'd gone ahead and had them put on.
He then warned me that it had a broken side mirror and detailed a few cosmetic issues (it was a 2007 model) and quoted a very fair price. My wife and I drove down from Ann Arbor and he handed over the keys for a test drive. All went well and we came back to close the deal.
Matt handled the paperwork very professionally, including the Michigan title application. There were no surprises - the price was exactly as agreed. We got a great car at a great price, and had the best car-buying experience of our lives.
