Greatest Service Department!

We have been dealing with Matt Burne Honda's service department since purchasing our Pilot EX there in June of 2005! Throughout the past 13 years, we have always been treated honestly and fairly. We are told what service is needed and the estimated cost. Never have we felt that the recommended work was unnecessary or that the bill was padded! As you can see, we have kept our Pilot for a long time. This is made possible due to the work of Matt Burne Honda's excellent service department and their highly qualified technicians. Other than body work necessary after an accident, NO ONE has worked on our Pilot except the technicians at Matt Burne Honda - even though we live much closer to another Honda dealership! The drive to Scranton is worth it to be greeted by name with a friendly "hello," terrific service and reasonable rates. We sing their praises to anyone who wants to listen!
