2024 Honda HR-V review
I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. 2010 Honda Accord review
This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

2020 Honda Accord review
Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

2018 Honda Accord review
You have to get the 2.0T and not the 1.5L. They hold way higher values while also being an absolute blast to drive with a large aftermarket community for this vehicle. Mine was totaled in a hailstorm, and after quite a bit of reserch this is the only vehicle I would buy again.

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

The interior is great, but the 9in screen is dated (updated for 26) and the cabin is a little noisy on the highway (also updated for 26 but I haven’t driven one to test it). The quality of the rear review and forward cameras is pretty good but not the crispest I’ve seen. I have the Black Edition which does a good job of reducing the plastic in the interior. I think lower trims are a bit plastic heavy. Seats are comfy, lots of space for kids and I like the removable bench for captains chairs with the option to have the bench if you need it. For a road trip, I have put 3 car seats in a row 2nd row bench to leave 3rd row flipped down for more cargo. Would not recommend that daily though. If you need 3 in one row daily you want to consider a full size but I’m just fine with 2 kids in captains chairs 2nd row and 1 in 3rd with the other half of the bench flipped down for cargo (which is sufficient for a stroller). I think that’s enough for most people. Performance is fine but nothing exciting. You don’t have the power of say an Explorer xx although I’m not sure you actually need that. Perfectly fine as a daily driver and I switch to sport mode when merging in on the highway. Reliability is top notch - routine service and you can trust you won’t need much more. Hoping to keep this 8-10 yrs and I don’t anticipate a problem. I use the dealership, but any shop should be able to work on a Honda Pilot without a problem.

2024 Honda Pilot review
After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

2012 Honda Ridgeline review
This good old V-6 will last longer than the new trucks that are on the market. Reliable. Comfortable. Easy to work on. The only drawback is that it can be a bit cumbersome in Seattle parking garages due to it being fat. Surprisingly easy to parallel park. Amazing for road trips. Plows through snow. As "sure footed" as any SUV, but more practical. Flip up the seats and you can stack two intermediate Ruffland kennels for dogs. As long as the timing belt and other maintenance has been done, it will last 250K miles.

2011 Honda Pilot review
I work at a car dealership in VA. A customer traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with a little over 185k miles on it. I bought it two weeks ago from our wholesale lot and it's been amazing. I can tell the previous owner kept really good care of it but also the comfortability of the vehicle and the reliability really caught my eye. I have another vehicle I drive but this deal I couldn't pass up. Best vehicle I've ever owned even with 186k on it. It has everything I wanted and the space is great for me and my 2 year old black lab. Buy one if you can find a good deal - they are soooo worth it!!!!

2016 Honda Pilot review
Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

2020 Honda CR-V review

If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

2020 Honda Pilot review
Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

2015 Honda Fit review
Great overall little commuter hatchback. We got ours a few years old with low mileage due to the options we wanted. The other reviews are kind of silly on here, complaining about a car due to lack of options selected by the buyer. Yes it wont have heated seats if you dont get the heated seat models lol. Our model is the EX, it has a sunroof, blind mirror indicator, heated seats, and a manual 6 speed transmission. Basically all features any high end model could use, I dont like leather seats due to the degradation long term. Just make sure you avoid the CVT transmission. Our area would not offer manual 6 speed on the high end trim so we had to travel out of state to get ours. Few mods added to the car to make it even better: - bi-led projector retrofit on headlights - led bulbs all around, plates, interior. - auto dim rear view mirror (easy wire in) - front facing dash cam - sirius satellite radio - winter aluminum rims (instead of steelies), summer has factory 17" aluminum black/silver combo - towing hitch (bike carrier) -- vehicle rated at 2000 lbs Overall its been very reliable, super practical with the folding seats. It gets excellent fuel efficiency and fits everywhere. Power wise, its very snappy given with a manual transmission you can control it a lot better than the sloppy CVT. The manual does 0-60mph in 8 seconds or less, which is very fast for a little car. Its not a tesla or a GTR with 130hp but its plenty for its 36-40 mpg. One issue ours had was the starter went out really early, but it was an easy change out, its a known issue. The seats are not very comfortable for long trips but thats because they are so small and its a commuter car. The cam gear also can get noisy on these at start up, so they will rattle but has no impact to performance. We have just over 100k miles on ours and its a very strong little car, will be getting another one of the final production year as this one gets higher in mileage. Again get the manual 6, you will not regret it, honda manual cars are semi automatic, the clutch is like a feather vs. a subaru for example. Totally worth it.
