I found a one owner 2008 RL at Spitzer to replace my 2008 that was totaled. This was the best dealer experience I have ever had. Jeremy Benson was fantastic, - the dealership treated me as though I was buying a $60,000 RLX Hybrid. Benita in finance was especially helpful, having changed my mind at the last minute about a service contract. Could not have asked for a better experience.

My husband went in on a Thursday afternoon to look at a used Volvo that was advertised on their website. We really loved the car. By Friday afternoon, we were driving the car home! It was so easy. I was buying an older used car. Stephen Patrick was excellent as was the entire team. They addressed all questions, worked out a great price, and completed paperwork in a timely and professional manner.
I called ahead before my appointment to let them know I was traveling to the dealership. When I arrived they had the car parked out front already warm and ready for my test drive. Sales manager Mr loughner was very professional, told him what i was looking for and he personally took me to another of their lots and found my car I described in 5 to 10 minutes,,, he then introduced me to salesman Bob Swartz who made the deal happen. I have friends who are leery of taking their vehicles to a dealership because they fear that the dealership will suggest unnecessary repairs. This is NOT the case with Baierl Honda. I have taken my CRV for servicing and repair several times, and each time asked that the service department check, for example, front end alignment or to rotate the tires, etc. Each time, I was told that (a) alignment was fine and needed no adjustment; and (b) tire tread was perfect and didn't need rotation. This, to me, is the mark of a solid dealership that understands the value of ethics and customer appreciation. I have never had a bad service experience at Baierl.
If zero stars was an option, that would better describe the service provided by this dealership. Not only did they make me an appointment for body work with a loaner vehicle and then tell me that I couldn't keep the loaner vehicle during the body service (because their body shop is in Cranberry....not sure what that has to do with anything) but also said they wouldn't be able to do the body work until the following week. To make everything even worse, when I took my car elsewhere for an estimate, I was told that the previous repair done by the dealership was terrible and would require more work and money to repair in order to fix the shoddy job. I bought a luxury car for a reason.....the first benefit if owning an Infiniti on the Infiniti USA website is service and courtesy vehicles.....neither of which this dealership provides. I will go out of my way in the future to never give business to any Cochran dealership and let everyone I know to do the same. The dealership has contacted me and is trying to make this right and being very accommodating. More to come.....
