I took my Pacifica van in for a scheduled service appointment. They got me in right away. The job was scheduled to take two hours and sure enough I was updated at the two hour mark that they were just about done. They needed a few more minutes to download an update/ recall for the radio system. I appreciated the Crysler update as my radio would act up and freeze from time to time. The best part was that the job cost less than I was quoted by $60. How often does that happen??? My only downside was with the mechanic himself who did not clean up after himself. I had greasy/oily boot prints all over my interior trim pieces. I can't knock the dealership for that. The mechanic just needs to spend a minute to clean up. Lastly, I needed to use the restroom while I was there. The building and the restroom were older, but the restroom was clean and didn't smell. I really appreciated that. All in all it was a great experience.

We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

I was looking for a brand new Ford Mustang convertible and visited many ford dealers for the best price and customer service. The new sales general manager Ken went totally out of his way to assist. I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!
