2025 Honda Accord Hybrid review
Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L Review (1,500 miles) After careful research, I purchased a Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L and have now put just over 1,500 miles on it. As a tough critic, I’d give the car an overall 9/10, with many aspects deserving 4.5/5 stars. What I Like: The Accord feels exceptionally well-refined, handsome inside and out, and surprisingly high-quality. The dashboard and infotainment system are straightforward, responsive, and user-friendly. Controls are logically placed, voice commands and hands-free calling work reliably, and call quality is excellent on both ends. I especially love the regenerative braking paddles on the steering wheel. They keep me engaged while driving (especially in the city), help recharge the battery, and reduce wear on the brake pads. The driving experience is a highlight — the car feels agile and nimble in traffic, with competent acceleration, steering, and braking. It simply feels well-engineered and enjoyable to drive. On cold Michigan mornings, the vehicle warms up quickly, the windshield defrosts fast, and the cabin reaches a comfortable temperature within about five minutes of remote start. The three-level seat heaters are effective and useful for maintaining comfort without running the heater constantly. What I Don’t Like: Headlights: While the low and high beams provide good visibility, the automatic high-beam system is finicky. It sometimes stays on too long when oncoming traffic approaches, unlike the flawless system in my previous 2018 F-150. Seat Comfort & Space: For my daily 70-mile commute, the seats are adequate. As a 6’0”, 250 lb driver, I have plenty of headroom and the car comfortably fits five adults. However, I suspect the seats may not be plush enough for longer trips, and I wish there was a bit more legroom. Fuel Economy: This is my biggest disappointment so far. I drive about 85% highway miles. In cold weather (low 40s°F). I’ve been struggling to break 38–39 mpg, with occasional warmer drives reaching 42–43 mpg. I was hoping for closer to the advertised 48 mpg combined, even in winter, and expect improvement as temperatures rise. Data Privacy: I discovered after purchase that Honda and Google are collecting significant driving and vehicle data with limited options to control or limit what is shared with them and third parties. Overall Verdict: The Accord Hybrid EX-L is a refined, comfortable, and enjoyable daily driver with excellent build quality and thoughtful features. Minor frustrations with the auto high-beams, seat comfort for long trips, and lower-than-expected MPG in cold weather keep it from a perfect score. Still, I’d highly recommend it for most buyers, especially once warmer weather returns and fuel economy improves.

2019 Honda Clarity Plug-In Hybrid review
A sale price and $10,000 in incentives brought me to the dealer 3 1/2 years ago, and now, after all this time and 40,000 miles I could sell the car for more than I spent on it. But we won't be selling any time soon. My wife and I agree that we won't consider selling it because there just isn't a comparable car on the market, at any price. The creature comforts are many and we've saved thousands of dollars on gas. The only con is that it's not a powerful car when running on the 103 hp 4 cylinder alone. But, with a charge in the battery, the car is plenty quick and fast. And, unlike the all electric's we never have to wait in line at a charging station which would drive us nuts. Easily the best, most trouble free car I've ever had in my 40+ years of driving.

2023 Honda Accord Hybrid review
We've been buying V6 Accords for years now. This one is a totally different beast, unlike the previous V6, which were powerful, but "nervous", this car is so SMOOTH, elegantly gliding along, VERY MUCH LIKE AN EV. Yet when I need power — it delivers. The MPG is more than DOUBLE of what we've been used to. I tested a few hybrid sedans, and the Accord was the smoothest, you can't feel it switching from hybrid to Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), as some others do. Definitely a great buy!

2019 Honda Civic review
We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

My brother and I went in last Thursday, May 18 at around 6:30pm for him to test drive a Honda Civic Hatchback Sport and apply for a pre-approval since he is a first-time car-buyer with credit for less than a year. We wanted to know whether he needed a co-signer and wanted to know what to look at regarding his monthly payments and downpayment. Cynthia, the sales rep. who accommodated us, was very helpful and was very knowledgable of her products, she made us feel very comfortable throughout the test drive and the process of getting pre-approved. My brother's application went through and was told his monthly payment of the car would be around $540 under a 10.9% APR. We said okay, we'll just come back in a few months so my brother could get chance and improve his credit, and to get a lower APR. Cynthia insisted, she asked what my brother's desired payment was and how much he could put in at that very moment. He said he wanted a payment of less than $450 and could only put down $1500. Cynthia left for a moment and came back with their manager, Ryan Day. Ryan offered us the car my brother test drove, but my brother was willing to wait later for a White Hatchback Sport 6-speed (we test drove a Red Hatchback Sport CVT) with the same monthly payments under 10.9%. We said we'll just come back whenever the white one comes in. Ryan insisted and left for a few minutes, and comes back with a very very good deal. The Red Hatchback Sport that we test drove for less than $450 a month and way less than 10.9% APR. We almost said yes, but my brother didn't want to spend all the money that he has at that moment for the downpayment. Ryan told us that we could take the car home tonight and pay the downpayment 2 weeks after. We were getting too excited for this until my brother realized he still had to buy insurance since it's his first car, then we told Ryan. Ryan offered us a FREE WHOLE MONTH of FULL COVERAGE car insurance. How can you even resist this deal? My brother ended up signing paperworks of purchase of the car until we finished business at almost 11:30pm. 2024 Honda Accord review
Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I got to the dealership at 6:30 and it’s about a 45 minute drive there. I’m retired and disabled and most times I have to sit for hours or the day when I come in. Dan the service man took time to go over needed services but what I really appreciated was he valued my time said he would have me done by 10:30 and actually had it done just before 10. I didn’t have to keep going to the desk to ask what the progress was he came out to me.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

My brother and I went in last Thursday, May 18 at around 6:30pm for him to test drive a Honda Civic Hatchback Sport and apply for a pre-approval since he is a first-time car-buyer with credit for less than a year. We wanted to know whether he needed a co-signer and wanted to know what to look at regarding his monthly payments and downpayment. Cynthia, the sales rep. who accommodated us, was very helpful and was very knowledgable of her products, she made us feel very comfortable throughout the test drive and the process of getting pre-approved. My brother's application went through and was told his monthly payment of the car would be around $540 under a 10.9% APR. We said okay, we'll just come back in a few months so my brother could get chance and improve his credit, and to get a lower APR. Cynthia insisted, she asked what my brother's desired payment was and how much he could put in at that very moment. He said he wanted a payment of less than $450 and could only put down $1500. Cynthia left for a moment and came back with their manager, Ryan Day. Ryan offered us the car my brother test drove, but my brother was willing to wait later for a White Hatchback Sport 6-speed (we test drove a Red Hatchback Sport CVT) with the same monthly payments under 10.9%. We said we'll just come back whenever the white one comes in. Ryan insisted and left for a few minutes, and comes back with a very very good deal. The Red Hatchback Sport that we test drove for less than $450 a month and way less than 10.9% APR. We almost said yes, but my brother didn't want to spend all the money that he has at that moment for the downpayment. Ryan told us that we could take the car home tonight and pay the downpayment 2 weeks after. We were getting too excited for this until my brother realized he still had to buy insurance since it's his first car, then we told Ryan. Ryan offered us a FREE WHOLE MONTH of FULL COVERAGE car insurance. How can you even resist this deal? My brother ended up signing paperworks of purchase of the car until we finished business at almost 11:30pm. 2019 Honda Fit review
My car has decent gas mileage— about 40 mpg with a bit less when driving predominantly in town. It fits my petite frame very well but my husband, who is larger, says he is comfortable driving it as well and actually owns his own fit. The car has good visibility and is responsive on the road. It takes curves well, and the acceleration is more than sufficient for entering the freeway and it responds well when a quick maneuver is needed. I love this car more than any other car I have had.
