Marcel was able to find solution to my situation that wasn’t so great starting out but in the end with his expertise my car was serviced and turned out great outcome that seemed like no way….Marcel always polite, efficient and very knowledgeable, scheduling appt or being serviced ask for Marcel he will make sure you are taken care of and makes it too easy getting you through the process will be less stressful. Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit. How about I let with the exact color and model and it’s fully loaded couldn’t have be happier. I had to leave the best for last Tom is the man he is funny but about his business. Again, seamless check in. Brought my odyssey in for oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid flush. Appointment on time and put in about hour or so. Ashley and Beth were great! Video of service so much appreciated!!

Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful. I just had an inspection and full maintenance of my CRV including oil change, tire rotation,4 wheel alignment, transmission fluid and filter change. The even text me a video of my car and asked for permission with cost before doing any extra work. I always have a great experience. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle. The team there is awesome!

I return to Sloane Toyota for repairs because of the excellent customer service I receive from Joe Darcy. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and consistent. His customer service skills are exceptional, and his demeanor always remains calm. He makes sure I’m aware of any upcoming services needed to ensure my car is protected throughout the year. His communication skills are great. The technicians are amazing, and I really appreciate the videos they send showing what is being done to my car. The check-in process was smooth. Carlos is amazing, and the receptionist who handles checkout is always kind and pleasant. I am very satisfied with Sloane Toyota.

I was out one Saturday morning and some one sideswiped my side mirror Monday morning I went and I spoke to Tony. Tony is a wonderful rep. He helped me right away him and the team within 24 hours my side mirror was fixed and I had my vehicle desperately need my vehicle for work. I have three jobs Honda and the team had my car ready in two hours Tuesday morning thank you guys
