Gerald Jones HondaReviews
Gerald Jones Honda review
Had a horrendous trip to Augusta from PA in my daughters subaru after being serviced at home the night before. Found ourselves in a truck stop in the pouring rain in South Carolina at midnight. Started just looking at Gerald Jones with her car in the shop. She ended driving and liking a Subaru Crosstrek. They spent an hour going over the car with her, and gave her a bag of info and Subaru items. Told me I could bring in my Subaru and they would go over my car with me since I never received orientation when I bought mine. The next day we brought the car back for a molding issue. They fixed it within 30 minutes snd back on the road. She returned for questions about the car options, and they spent another hour with her to make sure she was comfortable. Being out of state, I felt like family was taking care of my daughter. I would buy from them over and over again. We are actually looking for a car for us while we are visiting family here. Drew and his staff are the best!!! It’s been a pleasure working with them…

2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

2026 Honda Odyssey review
We had a 2019 that was a good car, but we decided to upgrade to a 2026. We love it. The only problem we had was the A/C wasn't blowing cold. For some reason it was over charged. But that has been fixed and we are loving it.

I am the grandmother of Ayden Marsden. His parents and I were assisted by Jerrod Beaufort. What a delightful and personable salesman he is. Jerrod is very knowledgeable about the different cars he sells, and was able to fully answer all questions. He also has one of the nicest handwritings I have ever seen. Thank you Jerrod for all you did to make this buying experience such a pleasure.

We found the Honda Pilot that we were interested in at Walsh Honda in Macon, Ga. Cedrick May was our wonderful salesman. Cedrick is very courteous and knowledgeable about the Pilot! He explained all features of the car beginning on the outside and then moving to the inside. He was informative and thorough, and answered all of our questions. We didn’t feel pressured or pushed to purchase additional packages! We had a pleasant experience and purchased the car. We are very happy Walsh Honda customers!

Absolutely PHENOMENAL experience! From the beginning of our search through Tina and the closing of the deal with Jennifer, this dealership gets it right! The customer service from the moment we arrived (from about 2 hrs out), was greater than expected and the overall customer service was exactly what you hope for when purchasing a vehicle. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase or experience and we greatly appreciate Tina and Jennifer for their AMAZING service!

Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.
