I have always been treated curteoysly at Gunther Motors Service Dept. The Service Specialist go out of their way to ensure any serivce and/or repairs are done satisfactorily, on time and on budget. Over the years (after 6 cars purchased/leased at Gunther VW) I have developed a rapport with some of the specialists.
I hate going to dealerships but my lease was coming to an end, I needed to get into a new car I hated the car I had I wanted something bigger for my family. As I walked up to the dealership I was greeted by Mo. I explained to him the car I had and what I want car,payment,money down etc..All at once just to get it out of the way. Mo told me to look at two cars and I test drove one I feel in love with the GMC Terrain. Now you think the hard part.... well it actually wasnt at all Jason the new Manger came over give me I great price and the process wasnt too long at all. Mo was such a great help and I would truly recommend everyone going to him at the dealership.
I recently leased my new car from Honda in Coral Springs and had a great experience. Buying a car with all the paper work is never fun, but our salesman Joseph Randazzo made the process as painless as he could. The dealership is very impressive. Cars are kept in a garage out of the hot Florida sun. Our salesperson was Peter Firestone. With twenty years of experience under his belt and a great attitude, he guided us into a stylish new 2018 CRV. Come for the cars and Peter, stay for lunch! The dealership has a nice little cafe to feed the family while they service your car or wrap up paperwork. 10 out of 10.
Peter made what has been a stressful search in other dealerships to an easy, fun process. He really treated me like family and made sure I left with the car I loved with the price I asked for. Would highly recommend Peter to anyone looking to make car shopping easy!

My second experience with Coral Springs Honda at Coral Springs AutoMall and as long as Peter Firestone is there I will continue to go. I work in sales myself so I know how pushy we can be as sales people. When working with Peter regarding my lease, I was VERY clear on what I was looking for and what I wanted. Peter was courteous, extremely professional, and to the point. No running around, no trying to convince me to get something I didn't want. I felt I was taken cared for in a timely manner and when he handed me off to the Finance Dept. to work with Alex S, he periodically checked in to ensure I was happy with the process.
Been dealing with this dealership for over 7 years without ever a problem. Joe Randazzo is a real professional when it comes to customer service.,explaining every last detail,showing and explaining all new features .From beginning to end a total 5 star service.
Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?
ALL employees meet me with a sincere smile, LISTEN, keep me updated with meaning and accuracy...especially Alex-he is a cut above even taking my work bag and carrying to the car for me...the whole team effort of sincerity and excellence plus genuine caring and going the extra mile is why I keep coming back-this is my third car and won’tt be my last: I appreciate them!!!
