Mr Ron and the service department manager James were very kind, courteous, honest and apologetic. I had a not so good line of communication and a bit of a run around but they made me feel like I mattered as a customer and resolved the issue as soon as they knew there was one. I appreciate them for turning the situation around and I can truly say they really do care about their customers! Thank you gentlemen again and nothing but best wishes for your company
2026 Honda Civic review
Positive Points Exceptional Fuel Efficiency: The hybrid powertrain delivers outstanding gas mileage, registering highly competitive figures for city and highway driving without the need to plug in.Engaging Handling: The car offers a dynamic and fun-to-drive experience, featuring sharp steering, a stable suspension, and excellent road grip.Spacious Cabin and Cargo: The interior provides ample room for passengers, and the trunk capacity—especially in the hatchback configuration—ensures high practicality for daily use.Solid Reliability and Safety: It maintains Honda's strong reputation for durability, backed by high crash-test ratings and a comprehensive suite of standard active safety systems.Intuitive Technology: The dashboard features a responsive, easy-to-use infotainment system paired with high-quality, tactile physical buttons for essential climate and audio controls.Negative Points Intrusive Cabin Noise: Wind and road noise are noticeably loud inside the cabin, particularly at highway speeds or when equipped with factory sports tires.Premium Pricing: The initial cost is noticeably higher than many of its direct competitors in the compact sedan and hatchback segment.Underpowered Base Powertrain: The standard non-hybrid engine feels slow, and the continuously variable transmission (CVT) can deliver a dull, uninspiring acceleration experience.Missing Basic Amenities: It lacks a physical spare tire—providing only a fix-a-flat repair kit—and lower trim levels are missing standard features expected at this price point.Stiff Seating on Long Drives: The front seats are firm and lack proper lumbar support, which can lead to physical discomfort during extended trips.

AutoNation Honda Columbus review
JaMorris helped us a Friday afternoon and was patient as we test drove the 2 cars we had it narrowed down to. He gave good info about the different models and trims to compare things to. We went to a few other dealers for test drives but really liked the Honda we had driven and felt like it was the best value. Came back on Saturday knowing which model (Pilot) and JaMorris showed us the different options on the lot and we found the right one! Color, trim, interior, etc. was great. The finance officer was friendly and not overbearing. He asked about our driving habits and really discouraged some items instead of pressuring us. We are pleased with our Pilot and this was the best car buying experience I've had in 50 years.

My second RidgeLine. Love this one more than my first. Towed trailers from Ohio to Colorado multiple times without an hiccup. Smooth running and fun to drive. Easily transitions from comfortable family hauler to utility vehicle. Checks all boxes.

Granted, I've driven less than 400 miles and I love it. The safety features, moonroof, A/C, audio system, appearance, headlights, all scream, "this is nice"! I don't regret purchasing this.

My Honda?s Pilot electrical system was acting up so I took it to Auto Nation where I bought the car. They immediately started working on it and even though it was in the shop for a few days, I was kept updated and informed frequently about my car. Service guy(Charles) was the best! Having car repairs are not fun, but dealing with respectful people makes it easier.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

AutoNation Honda Columbus review
We just purchased a new 2026 Odyssey from AutoNation Honda in Columbus GA. This is our 3rd Odyssey having had a 2006 and a 2016 purchased from another dealer where we lived then. The experience was the best yet and we continue to be very satisfied both with the vehicle and the dealership. We have had excellent experiences with the Odyssey maintenance at AutoNation Honda in Columbus which significantly influenced our decision to purchase here. In the past, I often did simple service on our cars but the vehicles are so advanced that using a trained mechanic is now imperative. We moved to Columbus in 2022 and decided to use the local dealer and are glad that we did. We recommend AutoNation Honda in Columbus and plan to continue to use them for our maintenance and new car needs in the future.
2024 Honda Odyssey review
An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Friendly , courteous and efficient. My salesman Jaiden was very knowledgeable and made the process a pleasant experience.
2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Acura of Columbus review
I like Acura of Columbus, even, I guess, after every single employee I knew there from the Sales and Service teams to the various managers and officers has been either moved, transferred, fired or replaced. (So I'm kinda forced to 'start over' with all new names/faces/teams... whether I want to or not.) Thanks, Jim Spencer PS- I am officially going to quit liking Acura of Columbus if people keep calling my house at night to ask me how much I like Acura of Columbus. It's stupid, and is absolutely counterproductive.
2018 Honda Civic review
I love my 2018 Civic Ex Hatchback, the only picky thing I dislike is the cheaper interior, ie. rattles, cheap plastic. But other than that this car is amazing, very good performance, fast, fun, drives great, very very reliable. Cheap repairs if needed, and not complicated to do them yourself and save even more money.

2025 Honda Pilot review
I think this is the best looking exterior of the mid size SUV mix. The interior is great, but the 9in screen is dated (updated for 26) and the cabin is a little noisy on the highway (also updated for 26 but I haven’t driven one to test it). The quality of the rear review and forward cameras is pretty good but not the crispest I’ve seen. I have the Black Edition which does a good job of reducing the plastic in the interior. I think lower trims are a bit plastic heavy. Seats are comfy, lots of space for kids and I like the removable bench for captains chairs with the option to have the bench if you need it. For a road trip, I have put 3 car seats in a row 2nd row bench to leave 3rd row flipped down for more cargo. Would not recommend that daily though. If you need 3 in one row daily you want to consider a full size but I’m just fine with 2 kids in captains chairs 2nd row and 1 in 3rd with the other half of the bench flipped down for cargo (which is sufficient for a stroller). I think that’s enough for most people. Performance is fine but nothing exciting. You don’t have the power of say an Explorer xx although I’m not sure you actually need that. Perfectly fine as a daily driver and I switch to sport mode when merging in on the highway. Reliability is top notch - routine service and you can trust you won’t need much more. Hoping to keep this 8-10 yrs and I don’t anticipate a problem. I use the dealership, but any shop should be able to work on a Honda Pilot without a problem.

2017 Honda Pilot review
This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Buying from out of state was nerve racking. UNTIL I spoke with Bob. Fulfilled requests quickly for videos. The no hassle negotiation. Bob met me at the airport with the car. STL to ATL and back with a car in less than 12 hours. The car was also exactly as describes.
2017 Honda Ridgeline review
The Ridgeline is a super practical vehicle. I have the E so I love the storage in the bed area as well as as full electric. at 80,000 miles, I started having an issue with the stereo system with a crack rolling and popping first it would go away while driving. I’d have to stop the vehicle turn it off and then restart it and the radio would start playing.

From a June 2026 multi-point inspection, I finally had the time & money to have the brake work done. There was a coupon that came in my email for front or rear brake pad replacement. It didn't include the rotor resurfacing, of course, but the way the coupon was printed, it almost looked like it was included in the coupon. It would be good to have that part in bold print or give some space for that non-inclusion separately. Nevertheless, I wanted the resurfacing done, too. I also said that I'd like the 2 air filters replaced, which was another suggestion on the inspection report. I left the car there before 9:30 AM & was told it should be done around 1:00. I knew well enough to allow more time, but I didn't get a msg until after 4 PM that the car was ready. Apparently, another car was taking longer than expected to be repaired. When I arrived, in consideration of the extra time & inconvenience it was for me, I was given a $50.00 discount on the services, which I appreciated. As we went over the invoice, it was apparent that the filters weren't replaced. I pointed that out & they said that they could do that quickly, but by then, I didn't have anymore time to spare. I'll have to do that some other time. So, Toyota Service lost a small sale then. In fairness to Justine Haas, she was trying to be as helpful as she could be for my sake, & I thank her for that. I happened to have a bad headache that day & it was hard to focus in the morning when I dropped off my car. The coupon issue wasn't her fault, obviously. I guess that I would have like someone to text me a status update, when it was evident that the car wasn't going to be ready close to the originally quoted time. Otherwise, it was fine.

Very courteous and helpful. Service was great despite a long wait time. No issues or complaints. Just trying to reach the 25 word minimum so I can wrap up this review.
2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid review
I have had several CRVs. I bought this one new in 2022 and love the mileage, the reliability and the look is good too for an economical SUV. My only complaint is that this hybrid does not have a spare tire and I am prone to flats so I was compelled to buy a tire and jack and put it in the back storage area which takes up considerable space. I am not willing to be out after hours with a flat only to have my AAA come and tow it due to not having a tire to put on the vehicle. My next CRV will not be a hybrid because of this issue. I can also say that my mileage has been reduced about 10 mpg after moving from the midwest to south Florida. I can only attribute this to having to use the AC on every trip since the climate is so hot and that is a bit of a disappointment. I used to get right at 40 or more mpg and now get around 30 mpg since the move. I am also glad to see the newer models got rid of the push button shift. It is very annoying in a drive through car wash because pushing the button into drive will not work unless you brake first and with a car directly behind you, it can be a dangerous situation to brake when a car is moving so close behind. My next CRV will have a spare tire and a gear shift in it! But otherwise my Honda has been a winner.

2024 Honda Pilot review
After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

2023 Honda Pilot review
I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. The service that I received from the sales associate, Christopher (Chris) Robinson specifically was absolutely amazing. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. I will be sending all of my family and friends to Honda for their next auto purchase because Christopher Robinson knows how to take customer service to the next level while making you feel like you have a dear and trustworthy friend for life.

2024 Honda Prologue review
We bought this car on December 30th of 2025, with 41 miles on it. It was being sold as used because Honda had sold/leased it to themselves to collect the $7,500. By the time we bought it, it was down to $26,500, an incredible $30,000 discount. I'm saying this because it also is the basis for how happy I am with the car after $4,300 miles. We have had one trip to the dealer to replace a blower fan and will soon take it in for some big software updates. We have not experienced some of the issues (yet) that other people report, but we have a Honda warranty that takes us almost 8 years and 100,000. From my time on the Prologue forums, there are good dealers and bad dealers, just like any other car. Being that the Prologue is almost an orphan car (discontinued and not to be replaced), I think that it's important to find a good dealer who will stand behind the product. Now for the car: We are very happy overall with the range, the ride and the acceleration. I would say that some of the interior trim could have been upgraded a bit and I see some minor flaws in some of the trim and panel gaps. At this point I am going to say I almost love the car, but it's still early. It has sold us on having an electric car, especially with the price of gas today! I have calculated that with the price of electricity where we live in South Carolina, we are paying about $.04 a mile. If I was buying now, I would take a long look at a low mileage (probably CPO) Prologue and and stop losing $5-600 a month in depreciation.
